Diane (i believe was who checked us in), was EXTREMELY great, and kind! Kudos to her for being top notch. The pool chlorine was pretty extreme - it took no time for the kids eyes to start burning excessively.

The site was pretty clean. Our room was pretty clean except our bathroom. You could tell housekeeping was cutting corners in the bathroom. Dirty hand prints in the shower. Floor around toilet dirty looking. Splatters on mirror. THE MATTRESS' WERE SO UNCOMFORTABLE. WE TRIED BOTH BEDS BUT COULDN'T GET COMFORTABLE AND BOTH OF US WOKE UP WITH SORE BACKS.

Room was very clean and nicely furnished. Totally loved the choices of pillows, helpfully labeled on the pillow cases. Breakfast was good and abundant selections. Unfortunately, the bathroom fan sounded like a jet taking off and the air conditioner was noisy and never got the room cool enough.
