This was an amazing find and a tiny little town!The house was very clean, two bedrooms, one bath, big kitchen, really big living/dining room. Outside was adorable, nice big deck, nice patio and even a little outside building made up to be a library with a TV and a fireplace. Very welcoming. There was a grill, an outdoor fireplace, plenty of seating out there as well.The neighborhood is very quiet. I think for a three night stay we might have seen something like four cars.The host left us bottled water, toiletries, washing laundry detergent. It is dog, friendly, and the yard is big for the dogs.Unfortunately, the event that we were there for did not allow us much time to enjoy the backyard or the deck.The town is very small and your options for food and groceries are very limited. The latest restaurant open on Saturday night was only till 8 PM, so just plan ahead on your food.If I come for an event in this area again, I will absolutely rent this house again

Nice House Dog Friendly!

Love this cozy little house, it mostly updated with a beautiful backyard and patio! I stayed for a dog event not far away and it was perfect! It is 3/4 fenced yard so there if your dog is a roamer you’ll have to put them on leash, but it was perfect for us!

Lovely Stay in Waverly!

I stayed at this home in Waverly, IL with my children, my father and my dogs. The check in process was easy! The yard was lovely and very clean. Parking was easy, ample and safe. My host was very attentive, kind and communicated very well. She made sure we were comfortable and answered questions right away! We spent evenings playing cards on the back deck while our dogs made use of the yard. It was nice to have a morning cup of coffee on the deck and be surrounded by “quiet.” I would stay again in the future!

Wonderful stay. Clean and cozy home with amazing back deck to watch sunsets and just relax. So happy to have been able to stay in town during our recent visit instead of 30+ min away. Great communication with owner. Would definitely book this property again.

Everything was exceptionally cleaned and well maintained, the property owner is extremely friendly, and the internet worked great! I would absolutely stay here again in the future its very relaxing! 😁
