Great, quiet location

This property is located towards the end of Paw Paw lake so is quiet with beautiful scenery. It is stocked with all that you need- I would bring bottled water, though, due to the taste of the tap water. We enjoyed our time!

Great long weekend stay

We really enjoyed our time at the lake. The house is clean, well stocked with toiletries and towels, even beach towels! We really enjoyed the paddle boards and paddle boat. There were a lot of fish to catch and we also enjoyed swimming. The only down side to the trip was the grill didn’t work, there was a note about the broken igniter switch but we couldn’t keep it lit, and the seaweed which you can’t help. Take water shoes! Lots of turtles too. The beautiful swan that came our way at night was a bonus. The neighbors are friendly as well as their dogs. The town is nice. Looks like there is a very nice Brewery and produce stands. We went on into Benton Harbor for food. Saylor’s Pizza is very good and they delivered to us. We would stay here again!

A wonderful week at Paw Paw Lake!

My group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely lake house. There are only 2 steps to get into the house, which was great for one in our group that has a minor mobility issue. It was also nice for carrying belongings in & out of the house. The 4 bedrooms were comfortable. But the main area of the house was the best part. It's a small house that feels large. The kitchen was functional, with plenty of counter space. The living room was furnished nicely, with comfortable reclining couches. Our favorite inside area was the sunroom. It is air conditioned, and had a table large enough for all 8 of us to gather around. The large windows provided beautiful views of the lake. The deck outside also got a lot of use. We enjoyed grilling dinner and eating outside. The dock was sturdy and well maintained. The ladder was appreciated, as the kids needed some help getting in and out of the lake. We loved having a pedal boat and 2 paddle boards. We loved the location at this lovely lake, which was only 20 minutes from St. Joseph or South Haven. The town of Watervliet is very friendly. We attended some of the Fourth of July festivities in town, and the people couldn't have been kinder. We would definitely return to this house, and would recommend it to others.
