We stayed in a Twin Bed room ~ the beds，tables and toilet are clean and tidy. For our room, lightings are sufficient, however, the electric supply in the kitichen area requires upgrade ~ for example, the air condition and kettle are not able to be ON at the same time, otherwise, a fuse blew. Manager is friedly and helpful.

If you're looking for the Ritz Carlton or a Hilton this may not be for you. What you get is a solid motel that one would need while traveling to the Pincher Creek, area and it is close to Waterton. We had a 2 queen room that came with a mini fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, and a full oven. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and cozy. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. They even had BBQ's for your use. Even though the brunt of our visit was Waterton, we did take a day and toured around Pincher Creek. We were nicely surprised with what is in the area. 2 waterfall/trails a short drive away, a walking trail around the perimeter of the town, a pioneer village right in town to explore, Oldman Dam, and some really neat local restaurants such a Seeds and The Hut.

The property is old and small but very clean with very comfortable beds. There is even a tiny kitchen-like nook with a few utensils. The air conditioning is very powerful and shower has lots of hot water. Not a fancy place, but very clean and comfortable, and just two blocks from Main Street.
