though it’s a little odd not having a traditional front desk, this arrangement works well - the staff maintained a presence via texting and I always had what I needed - I recommend this hotel

One night stay

Great stay for a single night. A bit of trouble to start the stay as there were problems with the room door code. Initially nobody responded to the messaging system but I found the managers number on a business card in the lobby and was able to reach him there. He arrived very shortly after to help it took two more codes to try before finally getting in. The room was cozy and fit my needs. The bathroom door handle was busted and the tv had some dead pixel lines. There is some fridges in the lobby for your storage. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming again.

I was there on the invitation of one organisation. Used taxi for get around. Some what difficult with the check-in process all done on the internet. Management ont on sight 24/7 and hard to get intouch with. It is more of a hostilethan a holte. but travelling single and on budget was great. All the bllocks are short and evrything I needed was close by in walking distance. Whole Foods was nearby about two blow ks away. omunity storage of food items in storage.

After a horrible experience with my last booking I almost wanted to cancel this reservation and never use Expedia again as I received no reimbursement or assistance despite providing pictures of the poor condition. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations and more. So grateful to have found this place, it's so convenient, tidy/clean and easy to check into, with clear instructions. All toiletries were provided and they communicated everything in advance. The space was perfect, wish I could have stayed longer, will definitely be back when I get the chance.
