The front lobby is very nice and modern, but everything else is dated. Whole hotel smelled of weed. Couldn't pin place what the issue was but as soon as we walked into the room, my sinuses as well as my partner both immediately clogged and we had itchy noses. The tech in the rooms was mid 2010s, and very little lighting in the room. Bathrooms were fine( although not great still the highlight of the room)

The bed was uncomfortable and the $20 parking fee a complete surprise and a rip-off. The parking was an outdoor parking lot and I had to dig my car out after the maintenance crew shoveled snow behind the cars. I will book directly with hotels from now on.

The hotel front desk lady was so rude and didn’t ask me if I had a vehicle that I would be parked I had to ask her for a parking ticket after I seen it in other cars. She shouldn’t be at the front desk being habds on with customers

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The only thing I would recommend changing is the depressing news blaring loudly first thing in the morning in the breakfast dining area. Maybe find something a little more peaceful for first thing in the morning. :)
