Relax in luxury! This stylish residence is nestled in the heart of Washington DC’s Fort Totten neighborhood, a clean, safe neighborhood & is a quick 6 minute drive to Fort Totten and Brookland Metro Stations giving you access to three transportation metro lines . The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs (one room is smaller) The basement has its own bed, living and dining rooms, kitchen,& bathroom. In total, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a driveway and carport with a bonus patio!

This home is set up for short and long term stays. Most people that book the home stay for lengthy periods of time. There is are one (1) full size washer and one (1) full-size dryer, two (2) refrigerators (one smaller in the kitchenette) and smart televisions in the home.

There are three actively recording cameras overlooking the front, side, and rear of the home. All cameras are on the exterior of the property
