Canyon Rest! Sleeps 10, Pool, Private Patio/Hottub

Canyon Rest is your home away from home. The whole house is yours including a private patio off the kitchen which feels like extended outdoor living. You have a hot tub, gas fire pit, BBQ grill and huge illuminating umbrella for a relaxing stay with friends or family. Cool-off in the POOL that is a short walk in the community. This place is so great you may not want to leave. We are close to Zions National Park and Snow Canyon. There are bike trails and beautiful golf courses all around.
The space
We’ve got all the basic kitchen accessories. Then we added items that WE use in our own home to improve the food-prep experience:

Electric Hand-Mixer

We have a Pac-Man arcade, a Corn Hole game, puzzles and a bunch of Legos for your entertainment.

We have high-speed internet, a multi-device charging station and three large-screen smart TV’s (two 65” and one 55”). We even have Disney+ set-up for your use! If you have an external unit like an Xbox, accessory HDMI cables are connected to the TV’s and ready for connection!

Our rental has a double car garage with a driveway pad, all of which can accommodate 3 vehicles (one in the garage and two on the driveway). There is also off-street parking by the community pool, although in peak times it can be challenging to find a spot.

This beautiful home was perfect for our girl's weekend. The beds are comfortable and the home was equipped with everything we needed to have a fun and successful trip. The best part was that we each had a bathroom/shower to use. We spent our nights around the fire pit on the outside porch. The living room was filled with natural light every morning as we made breakfast. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely stay here again! The host was attentive and easy to communicate with. The instructions easy to follow, made check out so easy! Thank you again!!! Best place to stay, quiet neighborhood, newer home.

Very happy with our stay. Place was very clean and plenty to do even right in the home itself. Hot tub is always great to start the day with a cup of coffee. Fire pit i nice and tranquil to end the day. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Not a bad drive to Zion. Plus plenty of other options closer as well. Off roading at Sand Hollow was amazing. Definitely would recommend this place. Have Fun!

Solo getaway

I was supposed to travel with husband and daughters, but they couldn’t make it last minute. So I got to enjoy the comfortable bed, hot tub, and neighborhood pool all to myself. I loved having the garage door opener and beach cruisers to use. I’d definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much!

Great place to stay!

The house is exactly as described in the listing. We were here for 9 nights for the senior games. Jamie’s house was centrally located for all the locations we played at. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind at the end (and sometimes beginning) of the day. We had everything we could possibly need and expects. I also appreciated Jamie’s quick response to my questions. It’s definitely a place that we would rent again when in town. Thank you!!

Location in Washington as close to highway for getting places. The master was en-suite and the other bathroom upstairs was for the other 2 bedrooms (another full bath downstairs). Loved having private hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Community pool was very nice but was surprised no hot tub there. Well appointed condo. Garage was handy with our 3 vehicles. Three restaurants close by but looks like more to come.

Beautiful townhome

Very nice townhome (could totally live there), beautifully furnished, well equipped with towels, extra pillows, any kitchen item you could possibly need and the hot tub and fire pit were just what we needed after a long drive from Laguna Beach. Will definitely stay again when we are down in the St. George area.

WAS PERFECT!

Thank you for having us. This townhome was truly amazing. Every detail was thought out, down to all of the helpful notes on how to operate things throughout the home. We loved the location, close to an amazing kids park, biking trails and only a few minutes to downtown. We will definitely be staying here again!
