Though the owner is very friendly and was initially responsive, our stay started off with walking into a cabin where the heat was set to 50 degrees. It was frigid outside, and it took over 2 hours just to get to 60. Then we discovered pet and human hairs in the beds. It was too late at night for a cleaning crew to bring us clean sheets, so we had to wait for the SHARED washer to be empty so we could wash all the sheets. The couch and chairs were filthy with dirt build-up. The coffeemaker didn’t work - WE bought a new one when the owner didn’t respond (owner gave partial refund).Also, we booked through VRBO, but it’s a Vacasa listing which isn’t disclosed. I overpaid for this place by several hundred dollars because VRBO adds fees on top of the Vacasa fees. I really hate leaving such a bad review, but I would want to know these things before booking a place.
