Beautiful location
This cozy apartment for 2 persons is located in the 3rd floor. Floor directly on the main beach in a central location. A better location does not exist! Beautiful atmosphere Enjoy the breakfast on the balcony with the wonderful view of the sea or simply relax, this apartment offers pure holiday. A huge TV, high quality furnishings and a modern, fully equipped kitchen completes this 2017 fully furnished apartment.

Note: In the house monopoly there is a swimming pool, which can be used by the guests. However, the swimming pool is not fully open all year round.
The house has a lift. However, this is not ground level. To reach the lift and to reach the apartment some steps have to be used. This dream apartment is located directly on the beautiful, fine sand Wangerooger main beach and promenade.

Ein traumhaftes Apartment mit fantastischem Ausblick. Sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung. Das Bett ist absolut bequem, die Terrassentür so dicht, dass man seine Ruhe hat. Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermieter! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Super Ausblick mit Sonne bis zum Mittag und Schwimmbad im Haus

Frisch renoviertes Apartment mit sehr guter Küchen- und Badausstattung. Schlafsofa kann den ganzen Tag ausgeklappt bleiben und man hat trotzdem noch sehr viel Platz. Die Mitarbeiterin der Apartment-Verwaltung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde, hochwertige Ausstattung, großes Bad, prima Süd-Balkon zum Frühstücken oder auch zu zweit gemütlich draußen sitzen und alles da, was man braucht, sogar eine Grundausstattung Gewürze, Alufolie, Backpapier, Spülmittel, Bügeleisen, etc. Einfach ein rundum Wohlfühl-Paket!

Fünf Sterne mit Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung ist so gut wie neu (Juni 2017) und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (großes Lob an die "Designerin"). Ich habe mich darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist eine kleine Wohnung aber das weiß man vorher. Ich bewerte daher nur die Kategorie dieser Wohnung und vergleiche nicht mit größeren Wohnungen mit größeren Bädern und separatem Schlafzimmer. Natürlich haben diese auch ihre Vorteile, sind aber nicht vergleichbar mit der hier angebotenen FeWo...und natürlich auch teurer. Der Blick aus der FeWo ist traumhaft. Direkt der Strand vor Augen und Meeresrauschen rund um die Uhr. Das lädt zum Essen und zum Entspannen auf dem Balkon ein. Es ist aber auch in der Wohnung direkt am Fenster ein schöner und ausreichender Ort zum Essen vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat wegen der großen Fensterfront und der hellen Einrichtung viel Licht, sodass die Größe der FeWo dies nicht beeinträchtigt. Der WLAN-Empfang ist fabelhaft, das TV-Gerät groß und die Schlafcouch mit einem Griff zum Bett verwandelt. Auch das kleine Bad ist schick und mit Geschmack eingerichtet, für Mollige vielleicht etwas sperrig. Die fünf Sterne, die ich vergebe, gelten aber nur für Leute, denen Geräuschkulissen im Urlaub nichts ausmachen. Und damit meine ich nicht die Unruhe von draußen, die durch die Lage des Hauses bedingt ist (Zugang zur Strandpromenade und kleinere Geschäfte vor dem Haus), denn das weiß man vorher, wenn man W'ooge kennt. Ich meine die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Von der Wohnung oben drüber hört man Schrittgeräusche (Glattboden) und deren Musik, falls welche gespielt wird. Am unangenehmsten empfand ich persönlich den Balkon der Nachbarwohnung. Dieser ist nur durch eine Glaswand mit Sichtschutz abgetrennt. Man bekommt alle Gespräche der Nachbarn mit (auch deren nervigen Handy-Telefonate), vor allem, weil sich der Schall durch die Balkone oben drüber fängt. Es kommt also sehr darauf an, ob man rücksichtsvolle Nachbarn hat. Ich hatte keine und war zwischen fünf und sechs Uhr morgens wach, weil die Herrschaften nebenan um diese Uhrzeit ihren Tag auf dem Balkon begannen und dort stundenlang saßen. Bei jedem Essen auf dem Balkon mußte ich mir deren Gespräche und Telefonate mit "Muddi" und "Pabba" anhören. Das war mir persönlich zu nah und wenig entspannend. Für Leute, die Ruhe schätzen, ist die Wohnung grenzwertig. Hier kann man Glück haben oder voll in die Toilette greifen. Wenn einem das egal ist, ist die Wohnung top. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
