This stylish 3 bedroom property in the popular Marina Terraces complex enjoys amazing views of Lake Wanaka & the mountains, with the added perk of being very close to Wanaka town centre. Hire bikes and hit the tracks & trails around the lake, stopping for a dip at the many secluded beach & swim stops, or bike into town and enjoy a bite to eat & a drink at one of Wanaka's many cafes, bars & restaurants.
The apartment has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining table and lounge area. To the front, looking out to the lake, there is a balcony with outdoor sofas and an outdoor fireplace - the perfect spot to watch the sun set behind the mountains while you catch up with friends & family.
There are 3 bedrooms - two with king beds and one with two sets of bunk beds. The master has its own ensuite, while the other 2 bedrooms share the remaining bathroom.
There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and a drying cupboard.
Guests also have use of the Marina Terraces facilities - a gym, swimming pool & spa pool. These are open 6am to 8pm.
