Charge on the credit card is a nightmare. Still not settled. Manager told my friend it could take 5 days. Staff didn’t response very well to request for more towels and Kleenex. Got SOME towels no Kleenex. The girl at the front desk even wrote it down when I was standing there in front of her.

While the hotel isn't in any walkable distance to the wineries everything is close. We stayed to experience the hot air balloon festival. The staff was all kind and hard working. Great breakfast. Super clean pool. Room was comfortable and clean. We thought it was a great value for what we paid.

Do not recommend, nasty hotel

Filthy and disgusting room, stains and dirt build up all over the in room chairs and carpets. Spill residue all over furniture and damaged.
