My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owner is incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and very well-maintained. As soon as I walked in, there was a lovely scent that made the whole place feel fresh and inviting. They also have a great yard that's perfect for toddlers to enjoy. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I have stayed at Lincoln cottage many times over the past decade or more and look forward to arriving after a long drive from Adelaide. I had ‘trained’ the previous managers not to use room deodoriser as I’m allergic to it. I was always grateful when they didn’t use it. Unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my stay this time because of the overpowering smell of room deodoriser. I wondered why motels use this stuff. I realised that there is a plumbing problem in the bathroom at least in room 7 which has an unpleasant smell. Room deodoriser I’m guessing is used to cover that smell. Sadly I’ll be looking for other accommodation in Wagga which is unfortunate as I’ve always enjoyed staying at the Lincoln Inn and recommended to friends.
