Gwel An Heyl (meaning Estuary View in Cornish) is a stunning luxury barn conversion located in a highly sought after private farm development. The house has stunning views out over the Camel Estuary right out to the Atlantic.

Fully renovated in 2022, we have redecorated the entire original conversion and added a new master bedroom suite, a 4th bedroom, terraces, a second pergola featuring a new 6 person hot tub and all new appliances.

Gwel An Heyl is perfect for 1 or 2 families, a group of friends, or just a couple looking for an idyllic spot.

We are an easy walk or cycle ride into Padstow along the Camel Trail or a few minute drive away from the heart of Padstow - with activities for all and some of the best restaurants in the UK.

The house has plenty of parking (enough for 4 cars) and is available all year long. Pets are also more than welcome.

What a great place

We had a wonderful time, eight of us plus our dogs. Location, the view is, and the property is stunning. Great to see the level of detail to make this house very cozy and welcoming. We do recommend definitely and would wish to return soon

Beautiful Trip to Cornwall

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful property. The house was exactly what we wanted and far surpassed our expectations! As mixed family group of 8 adults we all had our own space and lived everything about the house. The hot tub was a welcome addition what was a rather rainy week. I would highly recommend the property and our just Scott couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. We will I’m sure return!

Luxury family break in Cornwall

We loved this property. Lots of room for our grown up family to share. Quality furnishings and linen. Everything we needed and great comms with the owner. Great location for the Camel trail and local towns and restaurants. Charlie the dog loved his stay too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful property in a rural location. Ideal if you like to walk and explore the countryside. The Pickwick Inn was the nearest pub and took about 25 mins to walk to, Padstow about a 30 minute walk. The propery itself was as listed and exceeded our expectations. The hot tub was greatly appreciated after the long walks and the views overlooking Padstow were second to none. Scott was extremely helpful offering advice on what to do during our stay and communication was excellent before and during our stay. Many thanks for a memorable holiday (despite the typical British weather!!)
