I didn't stay in the hotel! As soon as I entered in the room I've realized how terrible it was! Dirty sheets, bathroom terrible smell! I stayed in a different hotel and I've requested my money back! If it's possible I'll ask for your help

Não tinha vaga no hotel que reservei, fui encaminhado para um anexo, comum quarto ruim, estilo hostel ( nada contra hostel), reclamei e me colocaram num quarto um pouco melhor, mas acabei dormindo no beliche pois o colchão era muito duro. Parece que o hotel está mudando seu público para empresas, por isso os beliches. Enfim, nada de grave, foi só uma noite.

Estadia decepcionante, hotel sem manutenção básica, colocaram-nos num quarto inabitável, cheio de formigas, com o frigobar num estado deplorável e ar condicionado não funcionava. Trocamos de quarto depois de reclamarmos, mas, ainda assim, não era condizente com o valor pago. O café da manhã tinha pão dormido, presunto estragado. Infelizmente, o hotel precisa melhorar muito para ficar ruim.
