Good hotel

In general, it is a good hotel. They initially gave me a room with a single bed but then changed my bedroom. It was both spacious rooms.

Agradeço por todo serviço prestado, desde acrecepção ao manobrista. Quarto limpo e arrumado, com todo conforto. Café da manhã excelente! Só uma pequena falha com a água quente na hora do banho pela manhã, mas que só foi repassada por mim na saída para a recepção, obviamente, se eu tivesse tido tempo habil de comunicá-los, tenho certeza que teriam resolvido o problema! Por isso, desconsiderei, até porque vanho frio faz bem tambem! Fica meus agradecimentos a toda equipe de profissionais que me atenderam da melhor forma possível. Obrigado!

Precisa de manutenção e reformas

Estamos acostumados a ficar nesse hotel para participar de eventos e torneios no Clube dos funcionários. Dessa vez ficamos em um quarto abaixo do que costumamos pegar neste hotel. Os eletrodomésticos (ar condicionado e tv) e a elétrica do quarto precisam ser modernizados, pois só existem tomadas em um dos lados da cama. Ar condicionado barulhento e a tv além de pequena e antiga, estava com chiado que não dava pra ouvir o que assistissemos. Solicitei pela manhã de sábado que fosse disponibilizado um secador de cabelos para que quando eu retornasse do trabalho (tarde da noite) pudesse lavar e secar meu cabelo e ao chegar verifiquei que não foi disponibilizado. O chuveiro tem boa força, mas precisa de limpeza para que os jatos fiquem uniformes. Outra coisa que incomodou foi a pia do banheiro. Ela tem uma cuba minúscula e isso acaba fazendo com que usá-la deixa a pia toda molhada. Havia um vazamento na pia, pela parede. As toalhas de banho tb merecem uma renovação, são pequenas e desgastadas. E por último, as portas de entrada do quarto, acredito que pelo tipo de maçaneta, são EXTREMAMENTE barulhentas. Pedi o quarto mais silencioso possível pois tenho problemas para dormir. E o quarto ao meu lado (309) parecia que estava batendo a porta, mas sei que é por conta da maçaneta que não tem outro jeito de fechar senão deixar ela bater.

Já fiquei em todos os hoteis de Volta Redonda e Barra mansa, e o café da manha do seleto é o melhor. Muitas opções e bem completo. Por outro lado, a TV é antiga, pega alguns canais fechados e com baixa qualidade, mas só isso. Nao é smart, então nao tem nenhum streaming, nem dá para conectar para tentar transmitir por ela. O banheiro é bom e a cama bem espaçosa e confortável, mas tudo dentro da média dos demais. Ponto alto mesmo é o Café.
