Are you looking for a historic property with courtyard and garden to rest and relax? In one of the most popular southern German holiday region? Then you are in good hands in our listed old town house. The 300 year old homestead enchants especially old building lovers and people who would like to spend holidays in unusual 4 walls. You can feel the touch of yesteryear here. It has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds + 1 cot.
On both floors there are shower rooms with WC. It has on 2 floors 135 m2 to live, sleep and cook. The kitchen is located in the heart of the house, from there it is not far to the terrace and garden. There is seating in the countryside for breakfast, food or other ambitions.
Other beach chairs and seating are in the almost secluded courtyard of the property. A special feature of the house is its absolutely quiet location, and you are still centrally located in the village.

Peaceful and big

This was a very large property which catered well for our needs. Communication was easy. The town was limited in what it offered but this could have been due to holidays. Free train passes were provided which was great. Extra and firmer pillows would have beeen nice! Thank you very much for a lovely stay.

Urgemütliches Ferienhaus

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir eine Woche lang den Aufenthalt in diesem liebevoll renovierten Ferienhaus genossen. Gute Matratzen, voll eingerichtete Küche, zwei Bäder und ein geräumiger Innenhof lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das dritte Mal ist bereits gebucht.

Schönes altes Stadthaus

Liebevoll eingerichtetes historisches Stadthaus. Zentral gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig. Vollständige Ausstattung. Gute Matratzen und Bettzeug. Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Burkheim ist klein und touristisch nicht so überlaufen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Wir und unser Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Niet zoals we gehoopt hadden …

Op het eerste zicht leek alles prima te te zijn … tot we echter binnen kwamen in ons huisje ! In de advertentie werd nergens duidelijk gemaakt dat de hoofdvertrekken zoals de leefruimte en keuken zich op het 1e verdiep bevonden. Wat hoogst onpraktisch bleek met onze hond. Verder was er heel wat aan te merken op de algemene netheid ,zo zat er nog een volle koffiefilter in jet koffietoestel , als we ‘s avonds iets klaar gingen maken om te eten konden we eerst nog alles afwassen ,vuile borden en glazen ,pannen die vuil in de kasten stonden. Wat de borden en het bestek aangaan … je moet letterlijk borden bij elkaar puzzelen om voor 4 personen de tafel te kunnen dekken. We beschikte over 1 keukenhanddoek , een vuil sponsje en vuile afwasborstel. Op 1 van de slaapkamers waren er wel donsdekens maar geen overtrekken over de kussens en donsdekens. De donsdekens en kussens hadden een muffe onzuivere geur ,dit was ook het geval voor de badhanddoeken! Wat de tuin betreft ,deze was op 3 verdiepen verdeeld. De 2 stukken met gras waren verwilderde jungles waar geen doorkomen aan was. Vuil en onverzorgde tafels overgroeid door onkruid en hoog gras! Beneden was een ingeloten binnenpleintje vol met rommel! De fotos in de advertentie zijn niet representatief voor de huidige staat van het verblijf. Met kleine kinderen is het er levensgevaarlijk met de trappen die zich in de tuin bevinden. Verder hebben niemand gezien die ons verwelkomde bij aankomst om wat meer uitleg te geven.

Wunderbar ruhiges Ferienhaus mit viel Platz für Menschen und Hunde

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Eine herrliche Ruhe. Aber trotzdem in einigen Schritten entfernt Restaurant und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mit Hunden wenige Minuten ab Haus schöne Spazierwege in der Natur. Kommunikation mit Frau Kreutz war einwandfrei.

Urgemütliches Haus

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an in diesem Haus wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Innenhof ist auch im Winter ein plus. Die Lage im unterstaedtle der Altstadt von burkheim ruhig und dennoch zentral. Habe sofort wieder gebucht.

Einfach schön!!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen und einem Hund für 1 Woche in diesem Haus. Das Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, der Name "Nostalgie" passt hervorragend! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch wegen des schönen Wetters die kleine Terrasse und den Innenhof toll nutzen können. Sehr schön ist auch der Burkheimer Baggersee. Ausreichend Schattenplätze und Parkplätze vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt - einfach schön!

Charmante Unterkunft in einem historischen Fachwerkhaus

Für unsere Bedürfnisse mit Großeltern, Eltern und Kindern bestens passende Raumaufteilung. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen in teils überdachte Innenhof und terassiertem Garten. Wunderbar ruhig. Einrichtung nostalgisch, Ausstattung liebevoll, vom Kaffeefilter über Handseife, Spülutensilien und Handtüchern alles großzügig vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage zum Ort Burkheim, dem Kaiserstuhl, nach Freiburg und ins Elsaß hervorragend. Vielen Dank!

Das Haus ist sehr urig und gemütlich, nahezu historisch. Besonders der uralte Dielenfußboden im Wohnzimmer hatte es uns angetan. Der Innenhof ist auch toll, selbst bei Regen (den hatten wir leider zur Genüge) kann man dort gemütlich sitzen.

Nostalgische Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer sehr nostalgischen Unterkunft. Haus auf zwei Ebenen. Unten ein kleiner Innenhof mit kleinen Ecken und Nischen und oben nochmal eine kleine Terrasse mit Garten. Alles sehr zentral gelegen und eine sehr freundliche Vermieterin.
