New luxury villa T2 for 6 with a private pool

Our new luxury villa T2 is located on a great position in Vodice with beautiful sandy or pebble beaches just 800 meters away. The villa is newly built for maximum comfort and with 3 cozy bedrooms (one is with an ensuite) and all other amenities you may need. A big private pool surrounded with a giant fenced outdoor area where you and your kids can enjoy your holidays. Sibenik city is just 10 minutes away and national park Slapovi Krka is just bit further than that.

Villa has 200 square meters of living space and it consists of two floors. Ground floor has full size garage, one bedroom with an ensuite, summer kitchen, barbecue and dinning area connected with a pool area. With inner stairs you can get from the ground floor to the first floor where you will find modern, fully equipped kitchen and cozy dinning and living room . Additional two bedrooms with queen size beds are located on the first floor. Outside space has 400 square meters of fenced relaxing area where central spot is our 8X4 meters pool.

Our villa is located just 800 meters from the beautiful sandy or pebble beaches in Vodice. Also, it is very important to mention that fabulous Sibenik is just 10 minutes away, and Adriatic pearls like Split, Zadar or Trogir are less than a hour away. Krka waterfalls National park is just 25 minutes away so if you pick our property you will be at the best position to explore whole middle Dalmatia.

Whole property is reserved exclusively just for one group of the guests and nothing is shared.
