Eco Villa Baldasi by Villas Guide

ECO Villa Baldaši is located in the village of Baldaši, in the interior of Istria. The villa was built in 2012 and consists of 3 separate units that can accommodate up to 14 people. Each unit is named after a plant that grows in this climate - Ulika, Lavanda and Brnistra. The villa has been awarded two tourist certificates: Eco Domus ( eco-friendly accommodation ) and Bike & Bed (accommodation specialized for cyclists ). In addition to the swimming pool, there is a Mediterranean garden full of different plants and flowers in the courtyard of the villa. If you dream of a relaxing vacation away from noise and traffic, Villa Baldaši will meet all your expectations.



The total area of the villa is 220 m². 2 units of the villa are spread over 2 floors, while in 1 unit all the rooms are on 1 floor. In the first unit you will find a kitchen with a dining room and a living room. There are also 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the second unit you will be greeted by another kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The third unit has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, each on its own floor. To sum up, the villa has a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.



The kitchens are fully equipped with all the appliances you might need to prepare a meal. There is an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and basic kitchen supplies. You literally don't have to bring a single thing with you, and there are even fresh spices that you can pick yourself from the garden. The house is decorated in a rustic style that reflects the unique character of this stone eco-villa.



Most of the bedrooms have double beds, while some have 2 single beds. Some rooms also have access to a balcony with panoramic views of the countryside. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, hairdryers and there is even an indoor wellness area consisting of a hydromassage bathtub.



Villa Baldaši offers you an authentic country vacation, i.e. maximum relaxation and merging with nature. But that doesn't mean you'll be bored. On the contrary, with so many fun activities that the villa offers, you won't even think about boredom. Of course, there is also plenty of content for those who want to rest and relax. In the courtyard of the villa you will find a swimming pool with sun loungers and several lounge areas, as well as a summer kitchen with barbecue. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing in the evening overlooking the magical landscape. And for those who want to spend their vacation in an active way, especially for children, there are: children's playground, badminton set, table football, table tennis, darts, board games... What more can we say than: an ideal place for a vacation with family or friends. Everyone will enjoy themselves, young and old. Even your pet. And if you want to treat yourself to something special, you can hire a private chef (extra charge) who will prepare autochthonous Istrian dishes for you.



If you decide to go outside the villa, you can do it on 2 wheels: the villa has a bicycle rental available. Boat rental is also available for those romantics who want to watch the sunset on the sea.
