This is like an apartment hotel or extended stay hotel, which I did not realize when I booked it. The furniture was worn in the room. It did have an airconditioner in the bedroom which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was a good breakfast.

The photographer did a really great job, because in reality it’s nothing like the pictures. The place is small, the garage is tight, the shower looked dirty. The room claustrophobic. The concierge was really nice and tried to help, but honestly that hotel it’s not prepared for a traveler that comes from a developed country. And that’s not me, I’m Brazilian. I’m talking about my wife

Localização excelente, funcionários todos muito atenciosos, limpeza impecável, cafe da manhã delicioso. Porem o quarto podia ser melhor em conforto, remanejar os móveis e colocar a Tv, de forma que pudesse assistir sem ficar com dor no pescoço . E na ultima noite deixaram uma luz acessa, no quarto dentro do apto com acesso ao lado, que nao consegui durmir.

Excelente localização, de frente à praia do Canto, próximo a shoping Vitória, supermercado, próximo ao Triangulo das Bermudas (área com uma série de bares e restaurantes excelentes), facilidade de acesso a pé a outras praias. Apto 901, flat com ampla sala, cozinha para pequenas refeições que se utilize microondas, não tem panelas e outros utensilios, wmbora tenha fogao. Possui apenas pratos, talheres, copos e xicaras para 2 pessoas, frigobar, 2 varandas (sala e quarto) com.vistas maravilhosas. Cama e colchão de qualidades boas. Chuveiro ducha. Ar condivionados na sala e no quarto. Atendentes cordiais e prestativos. A unica coisa a desejar rles tem uma unica pessoa para vuidar de tudo no café da manhã que é de boa qualidade e diversidades (1 unica pessoa para reposição de alimentos, limpeza das mesas, preparacao de alimentos rapidos como tapioca, omeletes, lavagem das louças, entre outros afazeres, o que é impossivel para a pessoa dar conta no horário de pico).

Hotel na modalidade residência. Em que pese o tamanho e algumas comodidades, está localizada em bairro nobre, mas com demasiado barulho. A porta de entrada permanece o tempo toda fechada, dependendo de funcionário da recepção para abrí-la. Às vezes ocorre da ausência do posto, o que causa espera para abrir. Não existe flexibilidade no horário do check-out. Nem mesmo na opção de pagamento meia diária. Fomos expulsos sem cerimônia e com direito a ligação para o quarto, logo após ao meio dia. Lamentável.
