➤ Most guests prefer to drive their own car or rent one, but you also have the option to get around by train, walking, or using buses. For added convenience, you can use the “Uber” app or call a taxi.
➤ External Surveillance: For your security and peace of mind, the property is equipped with three external surveillance cameras located at the parking area, front entrance, and back of the house. We will also be adding a fourth camera at the dumpster in front.
➤ Parking & EV Charging: You have access to two dedicated parking spaces, and we provide an EV outlet for electric vehicle charging (please bring your cables). Note that there is no alternative parking available after check-out.

Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more): ● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies: ● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date. ● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. ● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.
2. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation
3. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.
4. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.
5. No parties or events allowed
6. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information
7. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
7. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled
8. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy
9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property
14. Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules: ● No more than two animals
