This villa combines a rustic stone façade and a modern interior in neutral colours with a number of carefully selected details. The garden is a great place for children to play, but that is certainly not the only advantage of this villa – the highlight is undoubtedly the private pool. We’re sure you’ll enjoy the private pool, especially during the warm summer months, whether you’re cooling off or having a swim. However, even on slightly cooler days, you can use the pool heating on request, so you won’t miss out on the atmosphere of a villa with a pool. After a swim, it’s time to relax, read and sunbathe on the sun loungers surrounding the private pool. On the ground floor level, there is also a terrace where you’ll find an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together or your morning coffee.



From the terrace, you have direct access to the ground floor of the semi-open-plan layout, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are situated. This space features a modern design with warm colour tones and plenty of natural light, which complete the homely atmosphere of this villa. The modern kitchen is visually separated by a wall without a door and is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay and for preparing meals for your loved ones. Continuing along the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet.

As you climb the stairs to the first floor of the villa, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom is distinguished by a specific decorative feature that makes it unique. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV and air conditioning, so you won’t have to do without the comforts you need during your holiday.
