Great location for a beach volleyball tournament. Three bedrooms, could sleep 8 comfortably. Nice kitchen and living room. Steps from beach. This area of Va Beach is on a landing path for F-16s. Can get noisy. Also, this condo is the second floor of a 4-unit building. Can definitely hear the neighbors. Property manager (Anchor) was top notch. Great communication and very friendly.

The property was located perfectly close to access to the beach and conveniently located to move around the area. The stay was nice Abby was very quick to respond to question and answered all questions very professionally.

Switch bait

The property shown on VRBO and reserved by me is not the property we stayed at. Anchor Realty called me to tell me the property was being repaired and she had a first floor plan with two bedrooms instead of three. At this point we had already made arrangements to go so I agreed. It was nowhere near what the apartment I had selected looked like in the pictures and it was a basement apartment with minimal light. There were steep stairs which I wish the realty company would have told me when I mentioned we were all senior citizens. Additionally there was fast food garbage under the beds in both rooms. It’s a real shame because the location is excellent. Also-turns out the apartment I had selected as shown in VRBO wasn’t having repairs done. It was rented to someone else.
