Im 2017 fertiggestellt, auf dem Grundstück 600m2, eigener Parkplatz für 3 (oder mehr in Nahe) Autos, je nach Bedarf auch für weitere.


Das Haus verfügt über einen Pool (6x4m /tief 140cm), Dusche, Terrasse mit Liegen, Grill und Sommerküche mit Sitzgelegenheit. Wohnfläche 220m2 verteilt auf 2 Etagen besteht aus:


Großer Wohnbereich mit Esszimmer und Küche, Terrasse, kleines Doppelzimmer (Bett 140x200), Gang, Washraum, Badezimmer (Dusche, Wc) im Erdgeschoss. Innere Treppe zum im 1. Stock. 3 Doppelzimmer davon sind 1 DZ mit großes Bett (180x200) und eigener Bad/WC, 1 Zimmer mit 2 getrennte Betten ((90x200), 1 DZ mit Doppelbett 160x200 und 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne/WC/ bidet. Das Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage, Sat-TV, kostenloses WLAN.


Ortszentrum ist 1 km entfernt. Im Zentrum gibt es Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bäckerei, Post, Caffe-bar, Pizzeria, Friseur und Massage-salon, Auto und Gummiservice und Touristbüro. Das nächste Restaurant ist nur 2,5 km von der Villa entfernt.

Der kleine Ort Bribir befindet sich in Kvarner Bucht, 4,7 km von Novi Vinodolski und cca 8 km von Badeort Crikvenica.


Zauberhafte grüne Tal von Vinodol im Hinterland von Crikvenica und Novi Vinodolski, wenige Kilometer vom Meer und 15km vom Wald entfernt, ist ein idealer Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub zwischen dem Meer und den bewaldeten Bergen. Hier kann man die wunderschöne Natur und angenehmes Klima genießen, im Meer baden, Wandern oder Öko-Köstlichkeiten der lokalen Gastronomie probieren. Drei Burgen der Adelsfamilie Frankopan befinden sich in Bribir, Drivenik und Grižane.


Zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Sportler und alle Aktivurlauber hat das Gebiet rund um Vinodol zu bieten: Radwege, Berg- und Wanderwege, Paragliden, Angeln am See Tribalj. Im Ort und Umgebung sind während der touristischen Saison verschiedene Kultur-, Sport-, Unterhaltungs- und andere Veranstaltungen zu sehen. 2 km vom Ort , Richtung Novi Vinodolski sind Weinberge und Weinkeller, wo man die guten Tropfen verkosten kann. Gleich in der Nähe befindet sich Weinbergrestaurant mit Spezialitäten der kroatischen Küche. Region Kvarner ist vom München nur ca 520km entfernt. Flughafen Rijeka verbindet Kvarner mit europäischen Städten.

Great properly. Comfortable for seven adults. Nice location with view of the Adriatic. Host met us and gave us property info. Our host went above and beyond in helping us retrieve lost luggage. It’s nice to have someone who can speak the language and make phone calls. This location is also a great place for day trips. We went to Pula and also to Plitvice National Park. Overall a great stay. The pool and covered patio was a treat.

Traumhaus in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen! Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr großzügig und sauber. Ruhige Lage nur 10 Minuten Fahrzeit zum Meer. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Es gibt sogar 2 Fahrräder zum Ausleihen, damit kann man morgens in einem kleinen Geschäft im Ort (ca.1 km entfernt) alles fürs Frühstück kaufen.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war auf englisch/deutsch. Die Gastgeber haben sich außerdem bei Fragen sehr schnell gemeldet und diese beantwortet. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Küche ist großzügig ausgestattet. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung ist toll. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben schon viele Häuser in Kroatien oder z.B. auf Kreta gemietet. Dieses Haus war auf jeden Fall eines der Besten! Es war sehr sauber und alles war in tadellosem Zustand. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Klimaanlage kphlt das Haus angenehm herunter, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das ganze Haus ist mit seiner offenen Küch ideal für eine Urlaub mit Freunden oder Familie. Der Pool ist super und groß genug. Das Highlight ist jedoch die Sitzgelegenheit über der Garage mit Panoramablick Großer Tisch, schattig. Das war wirklich großartig. Einziges kleines Manko: aufgrund der Hanglage ist kein Rasen zum Fußballspielen ect. vorhanden. Aber das würde auch nicht gehen. Die Vermieterin wohnt selbst manchmal im Haus, dadurch ist alles authentisch und nicht steril. Sie hilft mit Tipps und Ratschlägen. Alles in allem: es ist voll und ganz zu empfehlen!

Super Haus mit Pool und Meerblick

Wir waren mit 2 Familien zu Gast. Das Haus war super und der Pool ebenfalls. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Grundstück ist sauber und aufgeräumt und hat super Sitzmöglichkeiten tlw. mit Meerblick. Bei den heißen Temperaturen waren die Klimaanlage und der Pool unverzichtbar. Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei wunderbare und erholsame Wochen verbracht. Das Haus und die Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die ruhige Lage und der traumhafte Ausblick, aufgrund der Hanglage, sind besonders hervorzuheben. Außerdem muss erwähnt werden, dass die Sauberkeit des Objektes, sowie die Vermieter außergewöhnlich sind. Die Vermieter standen uns für Fragen und Wünsche immer zur Verfügung, der Pool und die Außenanlage wurde alle zwei Tage gereinigt. Wir haben nach einer Woche sogar einen kompletten Satz mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche erhalten. Ein perfekter Urlaub mit der Familie.

Deutsch: Das Haus ist wirklich so schön wie auf den Bildern, und die Vermietern ist so freundlich und unterstütz sehr gerne. Ihre Tipps zum Essen waren sehr praktisch. Die Technik in der Küche ist herausragend. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Uns hat es sehr viel Spaß gemacht und wir konnten super entspannend.. Mein Persönlicher Tipp ist das Restorant "Gostiona Zrinski" in Crikvenica. English: The house is really as beautiful as in the pictures, and the landlord is so friendly and very supportive. Their tips on food were very practical. The technology in the kitchen is outstanding. The terrace is a dream. We really enjoyed ourselves and were able to relax. My personal tip is the "Gostiona Zrinski" restaurant in Crikvenica.

Das haus ist sehr schön gestaltet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern lief taddelos , sie sind jederzeit erreichbar und kommen auch in der nacht falls es zu Problemen kommt .Handtücher , Waschmittel, geschirrspültabs usw alles vorhanden . Der pool wird alle 2 tage gereinigt . Mit dem auto braucht man ca 8 minuten bis zum strand, also eine tolle lage . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

2 Familien konnten hier schön Urlaub machen und genießen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts und war sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr bemüht, fast täglich wurde der Pool gereinigt und bei Fragen waren sie sofort zu Erreichen. Die Fahrt zum nächsten Strand dauerte keine 10 min. Empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Villa mit allem was man braucht. Am liebsten würden wir das Haus mitnehmen) Wir waren 8 Leute und es gab mehr als genug Platz da. Pool und Anlage wurden regelmäßig gereinigt. An amazing week in a great house!

We had an amazing week! Wonderful house, very clean and nice, with a big pool to play in and a lovely pergola perfect to enjoy the dinners. The landlords were very nice and accommodating and gave good tips what to see and do in the surroundings and also helped us to find a boat and skipper to show us the archipelago. Everything was just perfect and I can really recommend renting the house!

Alles was ein gutes Ferienhaus ausmachte, für bis zu 8 Personen. Die Vermieterin war sehr um unsere Wohlerergehen bemüht. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und haben Tips zur Umgebung bekommen. Unser Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne Gegend, sehr freundliche Vermieter, aber diverse Mängel am Haus, die mich an den 5 Sterne Bewertungen der anderen zweifeln lassen. Badezimmer unten stank den ganzen Urlaub nach Fettabscheider. Dort musste immer die Tür zu und Fenster auf sein, und trotzdem musste man in diesem Raum würgen. Unbenutzbar. Ebenso das Bad mit der Wanne, einmal gebadet und dann kam das Wasser aus dem Gulli in der Mitte des Bades hoch. Ekelhaft. Wasserkocher wurde besorgt nach Anfrage, Kaffeemaschine uralt, keine Mikrowelle, Gasherd der fast 1 h braucht um Nudeln zu kochen, und das Haus stinkt nach Gas. 1 Tv für 8 Personen und dieser noch defekt am Anschaltknopf. Steckdosen lebensgefährlich für Kinder. Stufe Terrasse fehlt etc. Klimaanlage lief dauerhaft, laute Geräusche und beheizt kann nicht mit den Heizkörper. Im Bad dauerhaft kalt. Sehr schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht

Herrliches Haus, sehr gute Lage und zudem sehr nette und immer bemühte Vermieter. Was man noch braucht, wird besorgt, war bei uns aber nicht nötig. Für uns ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt unweit der Insel Krk. Die Städchen Crkvenica und Selce laden zudem zum Verweilen ein und haben sehr sehr gute Restaurants. Unsere Empfehlung: das TUNAR in Selce, da sind wir die letzten Tage durchgehend zum Essen gegangen. Dahin sind es so ca. 15-20 Min mit dem Auto, in Bribir selber hat uns dann doch nichts so richtig zugesagt. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: die nervigen Hunde im weiteren Umkreis des Hauses. Scheinbar brauchen alle Häuslebesitzer einen Hund der als Ersatzalarmalage dient. Sehr gut: die Fenster sind gut gedämmt, daher kein Problem in der Nacht. Und die Betten waren zudem perfekt, habe geschlafen wie zu Hause.

Schöner Urlaub in einem super schönen Haus

Alles war super sauber. Die Einrichtung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Beschreibung im Inserat war absolut zutreffend .
