Ft Knox visit

This is a cute, clean, super comfortable place. Close to everything we needed to do. Hikes, water falls, Lincoln's birthplace, the base. Never drove more than 50 minutes to all the things! Can't say enough positive things!

We stayed at the Vine Grove house to see my niece graduate from Cadet training at Fort Knox. The home was a perfect location to the fort and close to dining and shops. The home itself was wonderful. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee in the morning. The host was very responsive to a situation we had and helped resolve the issue quickly.

Nice short-term place to stay

House was very clean minus the shower drain cover had a wad of hair. Definitely need to lock wheels on bed in bedroom. Every time you move the bed slides away from the wall or side to side. Don’t get me wrong it is a nice place to stay and well worth the . Owner is very easy to work with. Found out two days before travel that we were departing a day early and I was able to get the house a day earlier. Highly recommend!

Good for what we needed

The bed in master room seamed to sag in the middle causing making it hard to sleep. We arrived right after a snow storm hit, making the stairs and parking all ice and very dangerous. We had to buy salt so we would not slip. Everything else was fantastic.

The fireplace was a nice touch.There were a couple of issues, but I let the host know after departing and they stated they would fix the issues.There was a cute cat outside my kid decided to name Gregory, he was sweet.Other than that, just curious as to why there is a cleaning fee if you have to strip all the linens, take out the trash, and do the dishes.
