Villa Bibi is located within the Capo Boi condominium complex, an exclusive private community just a few kilometers from Villasimius.<br> The condominium, consisting of only 40 villas, features 24-hour security and a charming private beach, accessible only to villa owners/guests and guests of the 5-star Grand Hotel Falkensteiner Capo Boi, which offers a variety of services.<br>The villa was completely renovated in 2022; it is divided into two separate buildings and shares the garden and use of the pool with the owners who occupy the other part, thanks in part to the addition of a stunning infinity pool.

A great place. There was a WiFi problem when I arrived but Enrico worked tirelessly and fixed it. After that it was excellent. The living room is a bit small but the alfresco dining area is where you spend most of the time. The pool is great and it is a short walk to a private beach.

Ottima location, proprietari splendidi

Innanzitutto due parole sulla famiglia Matta. Persone splendide che conoscono molto bene il significato della parola ospitalità. Sono in grado di coniugare alla perfezione gentilezza e discrezione. Il vantaggio di averli nella casa accanto è notevole in quanto basta bussare alla loro porta per qualsiasi esigenza. La location all'interno del complesso di ville vale 5 stelle. Luogo tranquillo lontano dal caos con spiaggia poco affollata e silenzio perfetto la sera. Unica pecca la posizione della casa vicino alla strada. Il giardino e la veranda esterna valgono la vacanza. Gli interni sono confortevoli man un po' datati. La cucina è spaziosa e ben arredata. Nelle camere non guasterebbe qualche armadio in più. Consigliata a tutte le famiglie soprattutto con bambini. Ci torneremo. Alberto, Andrea, Silvia, Nadia.

Ottima casa in una posizione magnifica

La casa è molto accogliente con tutte le cose di prima necessità. Il complesso in cui si trova è eccezzionale e sicuro, e l'accesso al mare si trova ad una camminata in mezzo ai vialetti delle ville a 300 mt massimo. I proprietari sono molto gentili e premurosi. La spiaggia, privata, è bellissima. Da Capo Boi è molto facile raggiungere le altre spiagge di Villasimius e zone limitrofi in pochi minutri di auto. Consigliata soprattutto per chi ha bambini come noi.

Ottima Villa e proprietari gentilissimi

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Villa Bibi a fine luglio. La casa si presenta molto bene, pulita e in ottima posizione per frequentare le spiagge nelle vicinanze di Villasimius. I proprietari si sono dimostrati gentilissimi, facendoci trovare al nostro arrivo generi di prima necessita e alla mattina presto pasticceria fresca sul tavolo per una deliziosa colazione. Posso solo completare questa recensione consigliando vivamente questa casa vacanza.

7 giorni fantastici

Siamo appena tornati e gia' sentiamo la mancanza. A parte il posto che e' bellissimo, la villa ha superato di gran lunga qualsiasi aspettativa. E' ancora piu' bella che nelle foto, e il giardino e' meraviglioso.La spiaggia privata e' un gioiello, e a Giugno non essendoci quasi nessuno, era a nostra completa disposizione. I proprietari, che vogliamo ancora ringraziare, sono persone squisite, estremamente gentili e disponibili. Insomma, una vacanza perfetta, ritorneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo.

Vacanza a Villasimius

Posto meraviglioso e casa perfetta per 7 persone. Il mare e' a pochi metri, spiaggia finissima e mare stupendo. Considerando il periodo la spiaggia non è affollata perché fruibile solo dagli abitanti delle ville. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e curata in ogni particolare. Giardino curatissimo patio, doccia esterne e barbecue completano un posto bellissimo. Il proprietario " un mito"!!! Il vino rosso del contadino offerto al nostro arrivo e' stato un grande biglietto da visita!!! La consiglio a tutti!!!!

Best of Sardinia

I have been in this location with wife, baby 2 years old, and my parents. Everything went perfectly, the house is very quite, very nice garden and veranda which is used as living and dining room. The kitchen is very well equipped.The living room is very small but, again, the outside veranda is the perfect place where to eat, drink, chat in front of a good glass of local wine. The owners are very kind and ready to help for every needs. The house is located 5-7 minutes by walk from a very charming bay, with white sands and beautiful blue sea. We've been in September, so the beach was very quite. We recommend this location to everyone who wants to spend a calm and relaxing vacation. Enjoy Sardinia island !!

"Posizione della casa pri...

"Posizione della casa privilegiato con spiaggia privata e mare bellissimo ,anche per bambini piccoli, raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Padroni di casa molto cordiali ed ospitali. Nelle vicinanze ci sono spiaggie " caraibiche" , ristoranti dove si mangia e si beve benissimo ( a noi hanno consigliato molto bene!) La mattina si veniva dolcemente svegliati dai campanacci legati al collo delle capre al pascolo, tutte le sere un animaletto simile alla lucertola faceva la sua comparsa e poi scappa via ( una sera ha dormito nella nostra camera!!!) Noi siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo a tutti!!!"

"NON POTEVAMO CHIEDERE DI MEGLIO! Un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari che sono stati veramente molto cordiali e sempre pronti a soddisfare qualunque nostra esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato nella villetta in due famiglie ed è risultata davvero confortevole. La qualità delle finiture e dell''arredamento è di livello superiore alla media ed all''interno c''è tutto quanto di cui si puo avere bisogno ed anche di più. I giardino è ben curato ed a tutti noi ha dato veramente il senso del relax e della tranquillità, la stessa cosa si può dire per la loggia antistante che è estremamente versatile, noi ci abbiamo pranzato e cenato anche nei giorni ventosi. Il condominio di cui fa parte la villetta è molto silenzioso e curato sia nelle proprietà private sia nelle parti condominiali. Una vera chicca la spiagga privata che è vicinissima e forse ancora più caratteristica e particolare delle spiagge più famose che vi sono nei dintorni. L''unica cosa che ci è dispiaciuta è stato non poterci rimare più a lungo. PROVARE PER CREDERE!"
