Casa Accu is Prezzus F is located just a few meters from the sea, directly on the beach, in the small town of Villasimius, within a well-maintained residential complex. You have a covered veranda equipped for outdoor living, with a private garden in front and a wonderful panoramic view. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and offers a living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The terrace, complete with barbecue and a splendid sea view, is the perfect place to relax in the sun or enjoy meals together. The nearest beach is only 2 minutes away on foot, while supermarkets and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. Cagliari is about 45 km away and the nearest airport is about 50 km from the property.
