The room was well appointed, clean and updated. The staff was extremely helpful. Our only complaint would be the very hard bed, especially for side sleepers. If this wasn't an issue we would definitely stay again.

Convenient location and very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms have been updated. Main problem was the temperature control of the room - they had the system disconnected. We were given an inside room (terrible view) and it was very hot to sleep comfortably (25 C). We arrived late and too tired to ask for a room change. Lobby area is a bit dated.

Wonderful property! Definitely urban. Vigo has a lot of graffiti. That doesn’t concern me so much, it’s a lovely city, but not pristine. Hotel was excellent.
