The night time front staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant was delicious and girls did a wonderful job, threated us like royalty. Paula. Well-located business hotel

Central location, grand exterior, room was generously sized but decor not particularly luxurious. A bit stuffy in the room ( 25 degrees c. ) as they turn off the climate control in the autumn, I guess to save energy/costs. The windows can be opened but that didn’t help if you want to shut out light and noise. Very helpful staff, organised transfers to/from Santiago with the excellent driver Adrian. I like the option of eschewing housekeeping service in return for a free drink at the bar.
