Everything was thought through. Cleaning materials, washing up liquid, paper towels, dish clothes. Really well furnished. Dishwasher, fridge, washing machine. All cutlery although no scissors. Really well placed for getting out and about in Vienna. Very clean and tidy. Only issue was a broken shower cable which we diiscovered on first day of taking a shower.

The property was in excellent condition and looked exactly as in the photos. It has a great location which amenities close by and easy access to major places. Was a pleasure staying here. Will definitely return :)

There are no city views - just views of inner court neighbors windows. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep and the bunk beds squeaked whenever one moved - in the same room as the sofa bed. Seemed to be clean but bed linens were only one sheet and a twin comforter. Close to the city sites tho and seemed safe.

Very unfriendly host

The person at the property was very unfriendly upon our arrival. He complained about us being late as we were about 25 minutes past when we were expecting to arrive. (I was unable to let him know we were going to be later than anticipated due to lack of connectivity.) He had no receipt slip or documentation of any kind when attempting to collect the additional cleaning fee. The location is good and the apartment is fantastic! If you are looking for a good place to stay and don't mind a rude host that greets you with admonishments after long travels, this is a great place. If you are looking for a warm welcome to Vienna, look somewhere else. My family would not stay here again.

Spacious house in downtown, close to museums

It was excellent. In every point of view. Close to museums, historical monuments, subway. Very good connection. The only weak point: the responsible person was not waiting for me. He wrote telling me that he would be there at 3.35 pm, since my arrival at the airport was at 2:30 PM. I was lucky that other guy was receiving other guests and gave us support. Please check.

Great Roomy Apartment

Lovely apartment in great spot with easy to walk to sights. Other transportation was right there. Store for food almost next door and main outdoor market just about 2 blocks. We parked at Museums Quarter which was very close. But it was about $14 e per day. Not what is in the hotel listing. We stayed in #21

Good location but disappointing overall condition

The apartment is well located near the Ring and the shopping area. Nearby is a grocery and other restaurants. Overall, the aparment is spacious and very quiet. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the toilet and shower rooms was not as expected with dirt in corners, dirty water streeks on the floor and toilet door needing a thorough cleaning. A nice touch would have been ironed sheets like in a hotel.

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt. In der Nähe der U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gleich um die Ecke. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl gleich 40,00 € in bar für die Endreinigung abverlangt wird. Die Empfangssituation war auch nicht so gut. Der junge Mann sprach nur gebrochen Deutsch und wir mussten uns auf Englisch unterhalten. Außerdem gab es einige Kleinigkeiten, die nicht funktionierten. Glühlampe defekt und auch Steckdosen ohne Funktion.

Situation parfaite

A prendre en compte absolument avant toute réservation : Un supplément de 35 € est demandé sur place pour frais de nettoyage !! Mais l'emplacement de l'appartement est vraiment un plus, il est parfaitement situé dans le quartier des musées et à 5 minutes du centre.

*Appartement sehr zentral gelegen - allerdings auch Hauptstraße *sehr hellhörig *Ausstattung ausreichend, Appartmentgröße okay *Toilette separat zum Bad und hat KEIN Waschbecken!!!! Geht gar nicht!!! Man muss über Flur und Wohnbereich um sich dann im Bad Hände zu waschen! Wo bleibt da die Hygiene? *im Bad keinerlei Steckdosen *insgesamt war Appartment staubig und nicht gut geputzt! *Info an den Besitzer blieb unbeantwortet
