My family and I had an amazing stay at the Guest House. The rooms are amazing with everything you could need. Had an excellent view of the park with a reading nook overlooking it all. If you are ever in Vienna this is the place to stay

Central and beautiful

Great little boutique hotel in an amazing location. Central to everything I highly recommend this as a place to stay in Vienna. Also try the restaurant in the hotel. It was excellent.

Moldy shower

The location and overall accommodation were good. However, the condition of the shower was unacceptable—it had built-up mold and was clearly neglected. Despite reporting the issue to management, allegedly it was cleaned, but the mold was not removed and no further action was taken, nor was any alternative accommodation offered. At checkout, the front desk staff deflected responsibility to housekeeping, without offering an apology or any form of compensation for such a disappointing and unhygienic experience.

The Guesthouse Vienna was one of the best hotels I have ever had the privilege at which to stay. Here are the reasons: 1) The staff are exceedingly kind and helpful 2) The bed was amazingly comfortable with high quality sheets. 3) The shower had excellent temperature and water pressure. 4) The minibar was stocked with sodas, wine, beer, juices on a daily basis, which was refreshing given the hot weather. 5) this was the only hotel in Europe where they pre-cooled the room before our arrival 6) the restaurant had excellent breakfast food and coffee 7) the desserts were delicious and could be brought up to our rooms easily. 8) the location was perfect, steps away from the Albertina museum, Cafe Mozart, and the Wien Staatsoper. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I will definitely stay here again when we return to Vienna.
