Schöne kleine Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Innenstadt ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut und schnell erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung findet man zahlreiche Restaurants. Schön wäre ein Wäscheständer, wenn es eine Waschmaschine gibt, außerdem nervte die kaputte Jalousie zum Balkon, Reparatur dringend nötig. Trotzdem schöne Wohnung, würde ich immer weiterempfehlen! Sehr, sehr ntter und kooperativer Vermieter. Waschmaschine gibt

Traumhaft

Stefan hat uns bestens über etwaige Lokale, Öffis usw. Informiert. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, mit der 44er einfach in den 1. Mit der U6 schnel bei der Volksoper, ... Der Brunnenmarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Viele Geschäfte Spar, Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Bäckerei, ...alles ebenfalls innerhalb 5 Minuten Radius, sowie Lokale. Die Wohnung ist fast neu, und dementsprechend sieht sie auch äußerst gepflegt aus und ist perfekt eingerichtet UND auch ausgestattet. Der Innenhof traumhaft ruhig, mann hört eigentlich nichts außer ein paar Vögel und kann so herrlich am Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen bzw. das Frühstück in der Morgensonne genießen. Alles in Allem: Nur zu Weiterempfehlen, danke Stefan!

Das Appartement liegt optimal um Wien zu erkunden . Für 2 die Optimale größe, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Was uns sehr angenehm Überascht hat, das mann keinen Verkehrslärm hört.Kurz gesagt : Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen herzlichen dank Andrea und Erwin
