Our stay in Ruby Marie was wonderful. They have an amazing top roof bar 24 hours open where you can enjoy your drink, is very cozy and perfect for rainy or sunny days. Breakfast was delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff! Daniela was an absolute star, very helpful with everything we asked and ready to serve us everyday with a smile and very quickly, giving us few tips of what we should see in Vienna. The manager and the supervisor (apologies I don’t remember names) they were so helpful and understanding with a problem we had with our booking from Xpedia and our breakfast. They solve the problem in only few hours without making us feeling bad for Expedia problematic service. Once we arrived someone was there to help us with the self check in which was great and very helpful especially when you had a long flight and you are tired you want things to work quicker. In the 3rd floor there is a library where you can make a tea for free and have a quiet moment with your book. We were offered a free drink in the bar instead of cleaning our room everyday and we choose to have our room cleaned instead of a drink but Unfortunately our room was not cleaned everyday. The cleaners were just tidying up the bed and empty the bin. Our room was not vacuumed or mopped. The top of the beautiful wooden bed was full of dust. We had to clean it ourselves so we don’t breathe it. That’s was the only negative but again everything else was great so it was not really a big deal for 3 days.
