The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and the rooms clean and the location next to the metro was very convenient in the cold weather but the hotel decor being mostly black was not very pleasing and very dark. The rooms were also very dark.

One receptionist was reluctant to help with a simple request for towels, which took unnecessary back-and-forth before being resolved. The rooms are fine but have no windows, and the location is good, about a 30-minute walk from most main attractions.

Loved that the hotel was fairly central, and right next to a subway station and tram lines. The roof top lounge is amazing with great food and wonderful view. The room as a bit small and we ran out of all the soap and lotion. Nice and quite as well

The property was well located, just in front of the river, great view, great restaurants to walk during the night just downstairs. The gym was very small, it was packed and we were just 3 or 4 training there. Staff was great and very helpfull always...would stay there again!
