The hotel is well located being a short walk to major spots and near the metro. So the sights of Vienna are accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and king beds were comfortable. I asked & re wives a great boxed breakfast one day and the normal buffet breakfast was comprehensive. I had a lovely stay at this hotel.

A Truly Exceptional Stay! :) We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this amazing Hotel! From the moment my mom and I arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel genuinely valued as guests. A special shoutout to Anastasia, who was truly amazing—her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warmth made us feel right at home. More than that, all of them made us feel as "QUEENS" :) The room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully styled. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and thoughtful. The gentlemen in the reception were also amazing! The restaurant was beautiful, and the food exceed our expectations. The best breakfast ever! The manager was also amazing and kind! Nice hotel with 2 big flaws

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff and bartender were friendly and quite charming. The room was quite beautiful and spacious. The failings of the hotel were 2 vital points: (1) Vienna summers are very hot and the air conditioning in the room was substandard. (2) the breakfast buffet was touted as the best in Austria. It isn’t. I’ve lived in Austria since 2014 and have had far better breakfasts at hotels. There was so much marketing propaganda about the breakfast that we were looking forward to experiencing it, but it was frankly mediocre. There are other places in the city to get a wonderful breakfast so leaving the hotel for the meal is highly recommended.

We loved everything about this property. Front desk staff was engaging, polite and helpful. Every area we explored was perfectly maintained and clean. The room had every necessity plus a pants press, which we used and loved. The buffet breakfast and tea bar brought me great joy. They even had a honeycomb with the jellies for your toast. Could not have been more pleased with the hotel and it was a short walk to everything.

Our first time to Vienna we stayed 2 nights prior to a Globus tour of Austria and Switzerland. Very nice hotel, close to everything important to us. 8 minute easy walk to the Musiktheatre. Buffet brunch was good. Helpful friendly front desk staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is perfectly located. It is walking distance to the Inner district with museums, restaurants etc. The hotel is on a quiet street. Staff is fully available and extremely helpful. We loved our stay!

This is a lovely, well located hotel in the center of Vienna. The staff is excellent . The engineer helped solve a problem on our arrival which was greatly appreciated. Our room while spacious needed to be renovated but was very clean. The air was a problem as I have asthma and need air con regardless of the outside temperature. There is a problem in Vienna with laws and air conditioning. It would be nice if the hotel purchased an extra toaster so they can provide gluten free toast rather than the bread that comes in a wrapper. The staff in the bar and front desk were very helpful throughout our stay.
