We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.

A wonderful stay in this lovely city hotel. Varied, locally sourced breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Really quiet and spacious bedrooms . In a great location for visiting all the main attractions in Vienna either walking ( if like us you dont mind a a few minutes walk ) or by using the metro which connects you to all just about anywhere you would want to visit including Schonbrunn.

Nice place.

The employees were very friendly, efficient and professional. They made this stay just wonderful. The reason for not five stars is because there was no coffee in room or in reception areas. And very limited food. The breakfast bar was good, byt I would like to see a coffee option in room or in receptionists, and mote options in the afternoon.

The hotel is well-managed and the personnel are friendly. It is a good price for money and the location is relaxing, although the underground station (U1 Nestroyplatz) is on the same block. The room (double) is very spacious with a big window. The breakfast is not overly extensive but the ingredients are fresh and of high quality. Unfortunately during my stay, there were some renovation works on-going around the noon time (11:00 - 14:00), and the elevator was being repaired so that I had to walk-up 6 floors. I understood that the situation was temporary. If I go back to Vienna in the future, it would definitely book in the same hotel.

Exceptional customer service from check in to check out. All staff were great! Breakfast was healthy and delicious but very, very busy. An extra coffee/tea machine would be really useful as there was sometimes a delay getting a drink. Very well placed for transport and perfect for our needs.
