Within a few minutes walk to Belvedere palace, Rennweg train and transit stations, pharmacies, supermarkets, bakeries, and everything else you could need. Staff are extremely professional and courteous. Rooms are impeccable, with pretty much everything you'd need for a relaxing and comfortable stay, as well as if you need to get some work done on your computer.

Perfect location near to Rennweg train station and a very beautiful Belvedere park and a botanic garden. Also a walking distance to the major museums and shopping. I also loved the spa (really hot sauna with a possibility of adding the infusion scent which was provided) and a gym! I will definitely come back.

The staff was not very friendly nor helpful when we check in to the hotel they didn’t explained anything about the amenities. Also, there is no iron in the room, you have to use ironing room from 7-10pm. The fitness room has no free weights only three cardio machines. The property has a great location but is ready for some renovation. Our room carpet had several stains and the wall paper was peeling off. Also, there were trays left over night on the hallway from room service.
