Located in the heart of Vienna’s 15th district, we offer fully equipped apartments for short-term stays. Each apartment is accessible from the stairwell via its own entrance door. The amenities include a private kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet. It’s ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with children), and solo travelers.

Our vacation apartments are in a great location with a cozy atmosphere. Nearby attractions include Vienna’s Westbahnhof, and you’ll be staying less than 2 km from Schönbrunn Palace. Everything you need—such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, and public transportation—is right nearby.

Check-in and check-out are handled using a personal 6-digit code. This code grants access to the building and your apartment. The code can be entered directly at the door.

This apartment is located on the first floor facing the street and offers 70 m² of space for four people. The living and bathroom areas feature tile floors, while the two bedrooms have laminate flooring. The 3 m² entryway includes a coat rack with a mirror and storage space. The 23 m² living area with an integrated kitchen features a sofa set, a TV, and a dining area with a table and four chairs. The open kitchenette next to the dining area is fully equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, capsule coffee maker, range hood, sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. The 12 m² bathroom features a shower with a sink, a hair dryer, and bath and hand towels. The separate toilet is approximately 3 m² in size. The apartment has two bedrooms; the master bedroom is about 18 m² and features a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a nightstand, a spacious closet, storage space, and a free crib (for children up to 12 years old). The second bedroom, measuring 12 m², features two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a closet, and storage space.

Parking:
Please note: Vienna is located in a short-term parking zone!
During the designated hours, parking fees must be paid by displaying a parking ticket. Outside the time-limited short-term parking zone—such as on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays—you can park for free right on the street in front of the building.
