I would highly recommend this beautiful lodge and stay here again in a heartbeat. The property is clean, will make sure to introduce himself. Breakfast was great and dinner a set menu never disappointed.

I’ve travel to a lot of countries and a lot of hotel but I’m his hotel I will always remember because of the owner, he made us feel like family he checked on us everyday and remember us by names. Beautiful place!

We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough! It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly. The food was superb and so were the drinks. It was extremely quiet, very clean and all around just a beautiful place that’s only a short walk from the main town.

An oasis of luxury in Victoria Falls

Pamarah lodge sets the standard for boutique hotels. Behind the secure high walls is a oasis of great architecture and design, accompanied by 5 Star service, yet only minutes from Victoria Falls. The rooms are super-modern, perfectly clean with an amazing deep, free standing bath and large seperate shower. Large comfy beds are waiting after a full day sight seeing the falls. The food is great and the team accomodate all dietry needs. When informed them I was running the marathon, it was no problem to make home made pasta and to open the kitchen early so I could have much needed early morning porridge. Phil the owner and all the team at Pamarah are outstanding and will try to do everything they can to make your stay as perfect as possible. For perfect Vic Falls stay, we absolutely recommend Pamarah Lodge.

Clean hotel with not great amenities and service

Lodge is new, so it's in good condition. We had the family room, which i cannot recommend. The staircase going to the second floor is treacherous and really too dangerous for kids, if that is who you plan on putting up there. Breakfast was ok. Cannot recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner as there is only one option for each meal. Really not a restaurant. I wouldn't stay there again in returning to Victoria Falls.

Pamarah lodge exceeded our expectations from the moment of booking. We were contacted immediately from the staff regarding booking of excursions. Communication was impeccable. They treated us like royalty and meet all of our needs and more. I chose the excursions we wanted and they made all of the arrangements, bookings and transportation. We could not have been more pleased. The property was beautiful and felt like the Garden of Eden. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location, but yet still close enough to everything we wanted to do. The resort is family owned and operated and we really felt like part of the family.

We had the most wonderful four-night stay. The beds are super-comfy and the thatched rooms are delightful. The pool was small but perfectly kept. I swam a lot. The surroundings were well tended with lovely gardens and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I cannot praise Phil and his team highly enough. Take a can of IRN BRU if you can for his son Ross the excellent head chef who used to work at Balmoral. A family business that clearly prides itself on customer care. I would highly recommend.
