Corner villa with garden on two sides with 2 parking spaces and automatic gate, has on the ground floor a large living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine, on the first floor there is another bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with double bed air conditioning on the first floor, a single bedroom without air conditioning. In the attic there are 3 single beds and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. Total of 8 beds suitable for children.
In the sleeping area, three of the 4 bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioners, only the bedroom with a single bed does not have one, each room is equipped with an electric fan.
The house is fully furnished and has all the necessary accessories for your stay, including towels (sets for each guest), sheets, pillowcases, pillows, blankets.
Quiet residential area with the possibility of parking on the street outside the property.
The house is not suitable for groups of children under the age of 30, parties and events are not allowed.
Tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (excluding minors) to be paid in cash upon check-in (not included in the final price).
