The heart of the flat is the bright living room with open kitchen, a modern and cosy space perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal. The comfortable sofa bed offers an additional sleeping option, making the flat also ideal for small groups. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Main Bedroom

The master bedroom is an oasis of tranquillity, stylishly furnished and equipped with a comfortable double bed. The ample space and relaxing colours create an ideal atmosphere to rest after a day exploring Verona.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom, also furnished with care, has two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, as required. It is perfect for children, friends or other couples.

In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.

Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.

Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.



Security deposit for any damage

To protect the property and its furnishings, and to ensure that all guests enjoy accommodation that is always in perfect condition, a security deposit of €300 is required to cover any damage, missing items or improper use of the property.

The deposit does not represent an additional cost: it will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, following the necessary checks on the condition of the accommodation.

If no damage or issues are found, the full amount will be refunded. If damage is found, the sum will be retained in whole or in part, in proportion to the costs of repair or replacement.
