The lady on reception was incredibly helpful, we were offered free use of washing facilities and use of items for the beach. The room was great, and the outside seating area a great place to sit in the sun. The proximity to the beach was also excellent, I would highly recommend this place

At 1st glance the room didn’t look very promising: outdated, limited electrical outlets and very tiny bathroom. However it was clean and only 1 block from the beach. The unexpected plus was the small outdoor courtyard area we enjoyed hanging out in every night. I will definitely consider staying again when we are back in the area

The room was very clean and Meg was very helpful. The pool was within view and clean. Quick walk to the beach and we had access to beach chairs at all times. The rooftop deck was relaxing. We hope to be back again some day and would highly recommend it to others. We really loved the short drive to ocean drive with all the restaurants and shopping. Pizza delivery down the road was also great!

The Seaspray Surf Lodge is a true gem. Great location right across from South Beach Park with easy access to the beach. Neat rooms with a 1950's vibe but completely updated furniture and decor. The whole place is also just the right size, intimate and quiet.

This was the CUTEST little property!! Retro and adorable. Very clean. Lots of amenities. Meg was wonderful and so helpful. The office has a laundry area and beach chairs and everything you could need. The beach was a block away and had bathrooms at the entrance. We will definitely be back!

A small motel built in 1955 with upgrades throughout. This type of motel is repeated throughout coastal Florida and slowly disappearing. Kitchenettes in all rooms with a fridge. We have stayed in the Sea Spray over a dozen times and it never disappoints. Meg the manager, is the bomb. She is super nice, professional and real. She works at a speedy pace nonstop 10-6 to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location to so many fine restaurants without the buzz of downtown is perfect. The beach is a block away and a county park.
