We stayed here for 2 nights. It is about a 3 - 4 minute walk from the water taxi stop which really helped as we needed to walk the luggage to the hotel. Located on a quiet street and near a number of restaurants. There is no elevator and you will need to carry your luggage upstairs also the bathroom was quite crowded. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety. Front staff provided us with the water taxi app which came in handy.

Our stay at Tivoli was great. They were very accommodating and pleasant. This is a boutique hotel that highlights quintessential Italy. We had a wonderful breakfast in their garden courtyard. I loved how everything was laid out in the morning. It was beautiful dishes and tablecloths. And by the way, the sheets and towels are pressed And starched. It is very sweet. If you’re looking for a Hilton experience, this is not the place for you. Our stay was September 15, 2025 for three nights.

Our stay was wonderful

The entire staff was very helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location (relatively close to the train station and bus station to the airport, and also in a good location for the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco). The breakfast is excellent, with many options and always replenished. Our room was well-equipped, with a good, full bathroom (which is not standard in Venice). Great experience.

I liked the courtyard breakfast area. The hotel was close to the water bus line and to all sites that I was interested in visiting. The room was small but comfortable and since we were really only in the room to sleep, that was fine. The fridge did not seem to work.

We stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of Sept 2025. Our room contained 2 single beds (we pushed together) with AC and a sink. There was a nice balcony right beside our room, although not exclusive to us. We also shared a bathroom with a shower, this was never busy so no problem. Location great (although anywhere you stay is walking distance to everywhere you want to go). The hotel came with breakfast which was simple but great. The hotel was quiet and clean. Staff was also very friendly, but were only there until 9pm. Two things to note: 1) shower leaked slightly, you should bring a towel to step on to clean this up. 2) we saw previous reviews about bed bugs. We did a thorough check and did not find any bed bugs (although we could be missing them), but we did wake up with bites. We attributed this to the mosquitos in the room on ceiling. We were not aware of the mosquitos in Italy, so something to keep in mind. Overall: great hotel for price, would reccommend.

Great location in the centre of Venice, walkable everywhere, but on the less busy more local side of the grand canal, still surrounded by excellent range of restaurants and bars (traditional and modern). Hotel room was clean, had good shower, comfy bed and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was enough to get you going. Great value for money.

It's a family-owned property, and we had a great experience overall. We had ants the first night because the room was next to yhe garden, but the staff acted really fast and added some repellant, and the ants were gone. It's a very convenient location, there are very nice restaurants nearby and it's a quiet area, but easily connected to the train station by the vaporetto.

It was a good stay minus the extremely warm room. There was hardly any cool air coming from the air conditioning. So if you are ready for being hot at night it’s ok. But the heat was really hot this week and our room was hot.
