The apartment is located 6 minutes walking from the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop, from which you can reach Piazzale Roma and the Railway Station, and 7 minutes from the Ospedale and Fondamente Nove vaporetto stops, from which you can reach the islands of Murano, Burano, and the Lido.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. I want to preface this review saying that the rental was very beautiful, spacious and clean. However, our group did not have a good experience with the assistant who set us up. Before arriving to the rental he was very eager and persistent on finding out when we would arrive which was frustrating as we were trying to coordinate our travel from the train station to the stay. On arrival he informed us the elevator was broken, leading us to go up many flights of stairs with heavy luggage. I made sure to reach out to the owner in advance to ensure it is in working order since my parents are elderly and have issues going up many flights of stairs, especially over a long stay. I mentioned this to the assistant that I had reached out prior regarding a working elevator and expressed my frustration as I’d now have to book another hotel for my parents. Once I expressed my frustration he said he’d have to check with the owner and stepped away for a few minutes. When he returned miraculously the elevator had no issues. Also, when we checked in we realized all of the windows were swung wide open. We eventually closed them, however, it was too late as we got bit by mosquitos throughout our whole stay. We did our best to kill all the mosquitos but since the stay is large it was nearly impossible. This was a very uncomfortable situation for us all. The amenities were misleading as there is no microwave, no working Wi-Fi and the AC wasn’t working well. We reached out but never heard back
