Phenomenal. Thanks to the lovely staff (extra thank you to Alice), wonderful facilities & the wonderful location. Not only are the rooms spotless but the terrace at the back looking over the lagoon even had a view of flamingos. Also at check out there was a genuine care & effort to help make my onward travel as smooth as possible.

Our stay at the Venezia Murano Villa was wonderful. The staff went out of their way to help with getting around, not only on Murano, but among the islands for touring. They made recommendations for places to eat and even provided an umbrella on a rainy day there. The restaurant was excellent both in terms of the menu and the staff there. Our room was clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were very attentive to taking care of the room. An excellent choice for a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Venice itself

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant staff prepared an exceptional cappuccino which was welcome after our travel. We were accommodated in a spacious and immaculately clean park-view room. Breakfast was available in the hotel, which was a pleasant experience with a wide selection. On our frequent trips to Venice we always choose to stay on Murano, as the island is so much quieter in the evenings, making it the perfect base from which to explore the city. This was our first time staying at the NH Collection, and it certainly will not be our last. The hotel is beautifully stylish, housed in a converted glass factory and showcasing some of the finest glass artwork created by Murano’s master glass artists. The design perfectly blends history with contemporary comfort, creating a truly memorable setting. The restaurant deserves particular praise. The food is of a very high standard, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The waiting staff go above and beyond to ensure every guest has an excellent culinary experience, making dining here a real highlight of our stay. NH Collection Murano exceeded our expectations in every way and we look forward to returning on future visits.

Murano is a lovely escape from the masses in Venice. NH is a new hotel a couple of minutes walk from the vaporetti stop Navagero. The hotel also has a private pier n is a great place for photos at sunset. Lots of shops n cafes around. Receptionist Sophia was especially helpful.

It’s quiet and a wonderful break from the crowds in Venice. Property itself is well appointed with a modern feel. Staff speaks excellent English, professional and helpful. We had the Premium rooms, which are spacious relative to European standards. They had A/C, full set of amenities, and lots of natural light. Decor was modern with nods to Venetian glass history. We did not take advantage of the on site bar and restaurant, but they’re a convenient option given the sparse restaurants on the island (especially on Sundays when most are closed). In the afternoons, the hotel has a water bar near the front desk with flavored waters which was very refreshing. Given convenience to Venice, charming location on Murano, and room value, I’d recommend staying at NH Murano as a great alternative to Venice.
