Beautiful stay

Beautiful little hotel. Easy to get to. Well maintained. I met with a gentleman in the morning to register. He was very kind and helpful. Hoping to stay longer on my next visit.

The hotel was conveniently located to sights, restaurants and even gondolas. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It did not seem like a one-star property at all.

Warm, cozy, quiet

We had an amazing stay. The location is super convenient, the room 7 was quiet at night and we could get good rest. The room was warm and clean. Very happy with the experience. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was located in the heart of Venice so very convenient for seeing the sights and for shopping, restaurants, cafes etc. The proprietor left us a map marked with a walking route and recommendations for eateries, many of which we tried and they were all excellent. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean and the bed was made and fresh towels left every day.

A perfect hotel

Brilliant hotel in a perfect location. Rooms had all you could need. Tiziano the clerk was very helpful with any questions and explaining about what’s best to go and see. Don’t be put off by the star rating as the hotel was perfect.

We had an incredible few days here. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and don't let the 1 star out you off because the standard and service is much more than that. The owner made us feel so welcome and outlined recommendations on arrival and was very friendly and attentive throughout. We are coming back. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean and the hotel was also quiet away from noise of venice

Very nice hotel in Venice!

Hotel is in a very good location, close to everything, 8 mins walk to St. Marks Square & 12 mins walk to fte nova port when going to Murano & Burano. Hotel is very clean & organized & they give free water snacks coffee & even wine! Tiziano is very nice & communicated with us all throughout. Love that they have luggage storage so you can store your stuff before heading out. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will surely recommended to family & friends!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the location was perfect - after a short vaporetto ride from the train station to the hotel we just walked everywhere. The staff was lovely - Tiziano was so helpful (even giving me directions over the phone when we got lost on our way to the hotel) and friendly. We were a little doubtful ahead of our stay because of the 1 star, but we had a wonderful time, and the best customer service.
