I couldn’t say anything bad about this hotel even if I wanted to. Amazing location with lots of shopping and food options. They even give a list of their personal favorites so it’s like having a local guide before you even leave the hotel room. Complimentary water and prosecco was a great surprise touch. Would definitely re visit this hotel if I ever find myself in Venice again.

Our stay at this hotel in Venice was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything yet peaceful and charming. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A special thanks to Tiziano at reception, who went above and beyond — he gave us a detailed map with routes to explore Venice while avoiding the crowds, plus fantastic recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Thanks to him, we experienced the real Venice! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city

The hotel was in a good location, exactly like the photos, and very clean. We had the canal view room which was nice to watch out the window. The absolute best part was the service. There was a typed list of area recommendations with a corresponding map. They had taken the time to number and star each location. The concierge was so welcoming and even offered to draw up a walking tour for us. His enthusiasm was so pleasing. There were many guide books of Venice also available. A Nespresso machine, biscotti, and complimentary sparkling wine were beautiful touches. I highly recommend!

This isn’t a 5 star hotel according to American Standards, but it is 100% a 5 Star experience with a comfortable bed, shower, great service and authentic experience. I would stay on my return trip to Venice

The staff were so kind and helpful. Room was very clean. Love that is was quaint and not modern. Coffee was delicious and even a small bottle of prosecco in our room.
This is the only sign for the hotel. So it is a little hidden as the door is in the middle of the outdoor seating at a restaurant.

Excellent Stay! We were able to check in nearly 2 hours earlier than expected. On check in, the employee provided us a map carefully hand illustrated with a suggested plan to explore the city including hot spots and destinations we should explore. Clean rooms. The location was good for walking around Venice. Plenty of options for dining, shopping and relaxing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, providing maps and suggestions for things to do and where to eat. WiFi was good - consistently during our stay. Cell service was good as well. The room was clean - one “strange” amenity was the shower. It basically flooded the entire bathroom floor during each shower ( I think by design). Towels had to be laid out to walk in the bathroom after a shower. Overall a nice boutique hotel!

The room we had was lovely! Full of perfectly clean and charming detail. The communication from the host was great and there was even a map with their recommendations left on the desk for us. The stairs up to the room was steep so not ideal for those with mobility issues, however, I noticed there is a mobility chair lift. Overall excellent I would recommend and stay again !

Staff responded quickly when we had some issues with checking in and shutters and sink. Room was clean and tended to daily. All our questions were answered by staff even though not on site. On last day staff took our luggage downstairs and across first bridge as we headed out to airport offering water and snacks.

The hotel is very convenient. Located on a small canal near the vaparetto stops and a 5 minute walk away from Rialto bridge and 10-15 from St. Mark’s square. Also located close to some delicious dining options. But what sets this hotel apart is Tiziano. Before we even arrived, he had emailed us detailed instructions on how to get to the property, which line to take on the alilaguna from the airport, and had our room ready well before the 3 PM check in time. That alone was such a relief after a long travel morning. Once we arrived, he had an entire list of recommendations of things to do off the beaten path, places to eat, and a detailed map of where to find it all. Every dining recommendation was delicious, and we saw so many lesser known attractions that we would not have known about otherwise. He went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful and could not have been more hospitable and welcoming to Venice. This hotel might not have all the bells and whistles of others, but it was clean, had nice and cool AC after a long day of walking in the sun, and the room was always stocked with complimentary water and snacks (the cookies were also delicious)! For the price and location this property cannot be beat. We would absolutely stay here again.
