Lyudmyla The apartment, recently renovated, can accommodate up to 5/6 people.
It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, two armchair beds (4 total beds in the bedroom) and a cot (baby-cot), a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Brita carafe for purified water), with a sofa bed (1 bed for an adult or 2 beds for two children, bed size: 190x120 cm) and with color TV and 1 bathroom with shower.
The house also has an independent air conditioning and heating.

You can also park your car free of charge near the entrance door of the apartment, in the appropriate condominium parking space.

Beautiful apartment 200 yards from train station

The place was beautiful, comfortable, and roomy enough for two people. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Having a full kitchen was a real plus, as my daughter and I were tired of restaurant food. The owner was kind, helpful and very reponsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay close to train station.

We stayed for 2 nights in the apartment, and enjoyed it. It was comfortable, very spacious and everything we needed was there. We cooked our meal in the luxury kitchen. We washed our clothes and could easy dry them in the bathroom. The owner was very nice. The train station is only a 5 minute walk away, a supermarket can be found across the street. We highly recommend.

Comfortable stay with short bus ride to Venice

The apartment was very easy to find with the directions Lyudmyla sent us. She met us in the apartment after our train arrived to show us where everything was, including the bus stops to go to Venice and the grocery store right next to it. The apartment is fully furnished with a nice gas stove and range, fridge, washing machine, walk in shower, etc. There were multiple restaurants within a short walk.

Nice Apartment

This apartment was clean and Ludmyla showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment. She also showed us the bus stop to get to Venice as this place is in Mestre a area outside of Venice. The kitchen is well supplied with the items you need to cook a meal. The one negative to this place is that the bed is uncomfortable which I why I gave the overall rating of four stars.

Les démarches pour la réservation ont été faciles et rapide. La communication pour l'arrivée était précise et pratique (utilisation de Whatsapp). L'appartement, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, est particulièrement bien équipé et dispose d'un grand nombre de produits de premières nécessité. . La literie est confortable et le lit est fait à l'arrivée. La salle de bain est pratique. La place de parking est un luxe rare. La gare est à "minutes à pieds et l'arrêt de bus, juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Il est donc facile et rapide de rejoindre Venise mais aussi Padoue... Pour nous tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons dès que possible. Merci Lyudmyla.

Ferienwohnung in Verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet, was für den Aufenthalt notwendig war. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig gelegen für Ziele in Mestre und Venedig. Zur Bushaltestelle waren es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Bahnhof nur 5 Minuten. Die Verkehrsmittel fuhren in kurzem Abstand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind auch in der Nähe.

Nice place to stay

The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. it is not supper big but well equipped and with a lot of extra staff that we didn’t expect like dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, etc. Internet was great via fibre which surprised me. Super well located, just a few steps from the bus stop to get into Venice in less than 20 minutes. Definitely a place to recommend for a fair price.
