Somehow this simple room with a single twin bed and a shared bathroom ended up being my favorite stay during my week's vacation in Italy. Very clean, good breakfast and excellent location right next to Piazzale Roma and close to Santa Lucia. Be aware of the midnight curfew, which was not a problem for me at all. The kindest staff.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent. We had zero issues with our stay but heavy or large travelers may have difficulty with the bathroom layout. The sink and toilet are so close that you can sit on the toilet and also wash your hands. To get to the shower you have to side shuffle pass the toilet/sink. The shower is pretty narrow also. Despite these quirks, we would absolutely stay again. Location was safe and within walking distance to St Mark's Basilica (if you can follow Googlemaps). Very convenient that they allow luggage to be stored after check out. Easy walk from bus stop (we flew into VCE) and train station is also pretty close.

In winter they turned heating on timely basis, especially from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, which make room feels like freezer. Indeed room was immaculate, washroom was spotless, breakfast was incredible, staff was very welcoming and friendly, housekeeping was great.

It was a wonderful hotel, the staff was kind and accommodating, the hotel was cute and well kept. It lost points for me because the light in my bathroom was broken on the first night, the solution was a lamp in the corner. It was promptly fixed the next day thankfully. The breakfast was a bit lacklustre, bread, meat, cheese and some fruit cake. It became quite repetitive after the first day. Still a decently put together breakfast. Overall the stay was very unique and a good location in Venice, close to the train station but quick to get into the popular parts of town.
