Une situation exceptionnelle, un appartement exceptionnel, un séjour exceptionnel.

Nous avions avec nous nos petites filles de 9 et 15 ans pour qu'elles connaissent Venise. Au départ, Canareggio n'aurait pas été mon sestiere préféré. En fait, je le méconnaissais. Il n'est pas victime de la surpopulation touristique et il présente bien des attraits. En fait, nous étions très proches de celui de San Marco, et puis, rien n'est bien loin à Venise. L'appartement était parfait, meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, rien ne manquait, situé un peu à l'écart du va et vient sur la salizzada proche. Il y a tout autour de charmants campielli, et nous avons trouvé, un pont plus loin, une superette qui propose l'essentiel. Nous avons visité les sites et les monuments des coins un peu désertés, à l'écart de la mêlée, les enfants ont adoré.Je remercie chaleureusement Enrica, Marco et toute l'équipe de View on Venice, qui ont répondu avec gentillesse à nos demandes, et qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable.

Short stay in Venice

This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The location is very convenient to points of interest, but on a small side street that is very quiet. There are lots of restaurants and shops just minutes away. It was very hot while we were in Venice so we really appreciated the A/C. The hosts were wonderful also, communication was great, would definitely book again.

It would have been helpful to be shown how to operate the appliances and heat.

We didn’t have any heat the entire stay. Never could figure out the coffee maker. I called Marco and he told me how to work the stove top and washing machine.

Excellent stay in Venice

Loved our stay here in Venice. The hosts provided lots of good information, recommendations, and booked water taxis for our arrival and departure -- making that part super easy. The apartment easily slept 4 and the two bathrooms were very nice. The location close to the Rialto bridge was perfect and made getting around very easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

A great stay

Great location and set up of flat. One small staircase to reach apartment. Hosts were helpful in arranging water taxi from train station and water taxi for early morning flight home. Host met water taxi and walked us to flat, pointing out restaurants and grocery stores on the way. Very helpful!

Helpful

This property was clean and the management company was so helpful. They helped book transportation multiple times. Very responsive with all questions, and they made check in and check out so easy. The lodging was clean and very quiet. Having a washing machine was very nice, only wish was that there were more clothes pins but that is not a complaint.

So perfect we came back!

Great location! My husband and our grown kids (18 and 22 yrs) were very comfortable during our stay. The entire team was responsive and delightful! They offered to reserve a water taxi for transport from Marco Polo airport, which we accepted. The water taxi stop is a short 2 minute walk away. A representative met us at the dock to guide us to the apartment. If you take the water bus it is about an 8 minute walk and a couple bridges with steps to consider if you have rolling luggage but that is the case for almost any apartment. Everything was within close walking distance and it is quiet during the night. There are restaurants and shopping right outside. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. The air conditioning was great! The beds and pillows were comfortable. Both the bathrooms had showers, hair dryer, and shampoo. The washer came in handy. We brought a travel clothesline but there is also a line outside the window and a few clothespins by the washer if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. We purchased coffee pods, drinks, and a few other items at a nearby market. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed there again when we returned for the last few days of our trip. We will stay again in the future. Highly recommend!

Venetian Delight

This property was perfectly located, just off the crowded tourist path with convenient access to vaporetti and all the sites. The apartment is as described in the listing. The beds were firm and comfortable. Perfect for 2 - 4 people. The management staff was responsive and amazing, even when our flights were quite delayed. The arrangements they made for us and their friendliness quickly diffused what had been a very stressful day. We would definitely stay here again. Or at another of their properties.

Great Location, Clean and Secure

Great location, close to everything. Only 1 flight of steps to apartment. Master shower very small and you need to step up into it. Kitchen well stocked with all you need to make a meal. Felt very secure and would rent it again.

Great Stay in a Central Location

Pros: Great location in central Venice with convenient first floor access. The property manager assisted with booking transportation to and from the airport and met us at the drop off location. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Grocery very close by and restaurants and bars are everywhere. Cons: Beds are extremely hard. Feather beds on top of the mattresses would make a HUGE difference. Also property instructions left by the owner indicate the ability to wash and dry laundry. However, the washer does not match the instructions, and the only way to dry laundry is on the clothesline or to take it to a laundromat that is close by. I would definitely book again based on the location and accommodations with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Super stay in Venice

My family and I enjoyed the apartment very much. It was very centrally located to all the sights yet private and quiet. Our representative met us at the alileguna line and guided us the to the loacation. Showed us around and made recommendations. Everything was as pictured and very clean. Checkout was super simple. We would stay there again and will recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Venice.

Very good!

Everything was great! The apartment is very good for two couples of friends or for a family with children. Very good kitchen equipment with everything what you need! Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and good isolated. The location is fantastic - very close to all the sights of the city and in the same time very quiet place!
