Loved our stay ! We didn’t want to leave . Very nice pool home. 5-10 minute drive to everything you want to do in Venice. The host responded timely and everything went smooth. We will be back !

This property is a great option for anyone visiting Venice. The home in relatively new and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is still struggling to come back after the last hurricane, but it seemed very safe.

This vacation rental was great. The home is spacious and has everything you need. Our family really enjoyed it. The pool is wonderful and warm. It is convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants. We will stay again!

Immaculate property with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful accomadations. The pool and spa were a delight just off the kitchen which our Grandson enjoyed before and after our beach trips.

February Getaway

Enjoyed a relaxing month in this beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. A mile walk to Shamrock Park and was easy drive to Venice and beaches. House was well equipped and pool/hot tub were wonderful.

Great Location

This rental is in a great location and close to beautiful beaches, Shamrock park, and the town of Venice is just a short drive away. The house itself is like brand new. It was clean, comfortable and accommodating. We had a very nice stay.

We had a lovely time staying in this beautiful house for Christmas! The location was perfect for going to the beach and for shopping. The home was well appointed and very comfortable. I’d give this an A and then some. Every part of the rental process was easy!Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back!Jennifer and Steve

Clean and Updated home

I'm not sure if we were the first guests at the house but it felt like we were with the cleanliness and updates. We were pleased to find everything that we needed in the kitchen, including coffee, which made the day after our late check-in great. The location was very accessible to downtown. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay again next time I'm in Venice.

Beautiful, relaxing weekend getaway! :)

We came to Venice for a long weekend to visit our Dad and we’re so happy with this beautiful home that is so clean, spacious, open, and bright! It is so cute and decorated with calming colors and decor. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, chips, salsa and a kitchen that had everything we needed including flavored creamers, coffee and tea. We loved the all natural coconut vanilla shampoo and conditioner so much that we bought some when we got home! The pool with waterfall feature and hot tub was very serene and clean. We are already looking to come back and stay here again for our next visit!

Relaxing Property

The property is very nice and clean. My husband and I traveled with our two kids ages 12 and 16. They enjoyed having their own rooms and loved the heated pool and hot tub. The location is within 10 to 15 minutes drive of various beaches. We found hundreds of shark teeth! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The neighborhood is nothing fancy but we felt safe the whole stayed and walked the neighborhood each evening. The house is very secure and quiet. We had some trouble with the electric grill not working and were not able to use after various troubleshooting. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

Girl’s trip

Great house with a beautiful pool area! Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area. QR code for the spa didn’t work, so no hot tub. The electric smoker/grill didn’t work, so we couldn’t use it, which was inconvenient. Everything else was awesome! Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping! It had everything you need for a trip to the beach, which is only 4 miles away!! Great vacation destination! We’ love to stay here again!

Nice Home in Venice

Overall it is a very nice property. The home itself is MUCH nicer than the surrounding homes. Great pool/spa in private backyard. Furniture was very comfortable and the home was extremely clean. Our only issues were a non functioning iron and backyard smoker. Notified the property manager about both issues. Never had a response regarding the iron so we purchased one ourselves. Property manager did respond regarding the smoker only to ask “the smoker grill?”. I have owned vacation rental properties and would be very displeased if my property manager handled matters in a similar fashion.

Spring Break 2024

The house was perfect size and accommodating. It was very clean and well kept. Two issues, one was resolved. The water smelled awful when we got there, by the second day it bad at all. Not sure when water was last used. Run the water for a bit when you arrive. The tv internet service was difficult to use. We struggled entire 5 days to local television stations. Even corresponding with owner , it was never resolved. A few March madness games we wanted to see!

Water smelled horrific at every sink and shower. Ring doorbell chirped constantly. Pool unusable for one week and it took several people to try to fix the issues with pool. Kitchen didn’t have much in the way of storage containers or baking dishes. Furniture in living room uncomfortable and worn. Lanai furniture uncomfortable. We purchased cushions for lanai furniture. The neighborhood was not very pretty or well kept, but it was quiet and this rental was in decent shape. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Having 2.5 baths was helpful. We were aware of the cameras but didn’t understand the need. Felt very intrusive.

RENTER BEWARE-PRIVACY VIOLATION

Everyone renting this property needs to fully understand the cameras they detail in the listing have nothing to do with safety. They do however violate tenant privacy laws as they record your every move in the garage and in the pool and the patio. Florida law prevents recording in places where privacy is expected. As their listing states, their “private backyard”, is not private. Everything you do and say is recorded. A fenced in private patio and pool is not a common area or public space where recording can be done. The property managers did no follow up when notified twice. Fortunately we have ring devices and understood how to disable them until we left. Renter beware.

Won’t be coming back

Nice house, good location. Would have been nice if the lawn was mowed prior to arrival. The grass was very tall! Listing said call with any issues. My brother arrived first and discovered the toilets wouldn’t flush properly. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until the next evening. We had a large group so had two separate houses and met at this house for dinner, which apparently was against the rules. So I called the guest contact to report the plumbing issue and they sent someone to look at it. We were told not to use the showers at the same time, but never fixed the issue. There were 3 bathrooms but none of the toilets were usable as they would flush. When one rents an home with 3 bathrooms one would expect to be able to use them. And the purpose of having multiple bathrooms is so multiple people can use them at the same time. About an hour later I was called by an Evolve member telling us we were over numbers, which was 6. I told him the listing said 8 because there was a blow up mattress available. He reviewed the rules to discover that I was correct and we were allowed 8. He then said we couldn’t have over 8 at any given time so we couldn’t gather as a family for meals. Which was fine, a little disappointing but fine. The rules are the rules. We were there for 4 days…unable to flush toilets. I guess “contact us with any issues” doesn’t really matter. We should have been offered a partial refund since we had to stay at a house without working bathrooms.

This property is very nice, well-equipped, comfortable furnishings, wonderful kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and hot tub are just right - remote for jets and lights in pool/hot tub was a neat touch! The fun was interrupted by Hurricane Ian which was out of our control - the house kept us safe and sound the entire time and fortunately came out very well. We would definitely stay here again!
