Caballito de Mar is a charming holiday home with a private pool and spectacular sea views, located in a well-kept development above the Caleta de Vélez marina, just 30 km east of Málaga. Here you will enjoy peace, comfort, and panoramic views over pine forests and the bay of Torre del Mar. The Baviera golf course is right next door, and the beach is only a 15-minute walk away.



The house is set on a hillside and accessed via stairs. The highlight is the spacious terrace with sun loungers, parasols, and a turquoise pool—perfect for relaxing with sea views. The bright living room features air conditioning, a pellet stove, Smart TV, and a comfortable sofa. High-speed fiber optic internet ensures a fast connection.



A glass-enclosed veranda with lounge furniture lets you sit sheltered, open the windows, and enjoy the sunset as if outdoors, but without the wind.
